So happy I found this dentist. I recently had to change dentists after my previous location stopped accepting my insurance. This location happens to coincide with my delta dental plan & they offer sedation services for cleanings too; which helps if you also suffer from dentist anxiety. From my initial phone call to the dental cleaning, the entire team was incredibly kind and thorough. The office is located on the 3rd floor in suite 310. When you walk in you'll see Jasmine at the receptionist desk ready to greet you & the waiting room is beautifully decorated. The office sits in the corner of the building so all of the morning sunlight fills it in giving it a warm feel. Anything to ease the nerves y'all. I'm here for it. They have state of the art technology when scanning your mouth & during the hygiene dental cleaning. Dr. Perrin walked me through expectations & procedures before & during my cleaning. The equipment he has is not only new technology but also new for me , but it made the entire experience so much smoother than I anticipated. My cleaning didn't have as much of the high pitched screeching noises I'm used to. Nor the polishing with the gritty feel. It was a much more pleasant experience. I deeply regret pursuing orthodontic treatment with The Tooth Co., and I am writing this review in hopes of helping others avoid the same financial and emotional stress I've experienced. I was recommended a treatment using their off-brand Invisalign system called Spark. I trusted Dr. Perrin's opinion and signed a payment plan based on his confidence that this treatment would resolve my misalignment. After many months of following all instructions exactly, and wearing my aligners full-time, my trays continued to stop fitting properly week after week or two. I had to return for multiple emergency appointments and rescan visits, which repeatedly interrupted my work schedule, yet the aligners still failed to fit. Despite all the time invested, there was no visible improvement in my teeth. After seeking a second opinion from a licensed orthodontist, I was informed that my misalignment was never suited for clear aligner therapy in the first place, and that only braces will achieve the results I originally came here for. It is extremely upsetting to now learn that thousands of dollars and (more importantly) months of effort were spent on a treatment that I may have never an appropriate candidate for. The office itself is clean and the staff is relatively friendly, but the handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing. When I respectfully asked to discuss a partial refund or any form of resolution, I was told by Vivian that despite the failed results, they do not provide refunds under any circumstances, and that because I signed a contract, I MUST continue to pay for a treatment that did not work. As someone who only wanted to improve their smile, I've been left with the exact same dental issues I started with -- but now with a $3,000+ debt for a service that was sadly ineffective for my case. I wish there had been more transparency from the beginning to prevent this outcome. I do not leave negative reviews lightly. I'm sharing this only so that others don't end up in the same position- stuck paying for treatment they cannot use, and left searching for real orthodontic care afterward. Please, if you are considering aligners for complex misalignment, go to an orthodontist who specializes in tooth movement rather than a cosmetic dentist offering orthodontics. I walked in to the Tooth Co. and was stunned at how clean and beautiful the office is. I expected th office to be clean but it was above and beyond exceptional. All the staff especially Jasmin was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. I was attended to as soon as i walked in and felt welcome and like a priority. Few months later I got a bill I called and billing lady said disregard bill it was an error, then today I get a bill again call and pretty much the new billing lady had poor people skills and was not willing to try and work something out. After going through a terrible experience getting veneers done at another dental surgery in OC that specialized in cosmetic surgery, I decided the only thing left to do was begin the search to find a new dentist that could provide natural looking veneer revisions for me, which was my initial vision. I came across Dr. Perrins work on Instagram, where he had highlighted other veneer revisions he had done. The results were beautiful. From fake, overly white, blocky, "chicolata veneers", (which is what I had unfortunately ended up with) to stunning, natural looking veneers. So I decided to go with him. From the very beginning of contacting his office, to being greeted by his staff, the whole experience was such an incredible contrast to what I had previously endured. His receptionist, Almira is an absolute darling, so warm, personable and fun, an absolute delight to organize everything with. I fell in love with her. Dr. Perrin's hygienist, Jasmin, is equally as amazing. Gentle, sweet and compassionate, and I felt so comfortable with her the whole time. And then there's Dr. Perrin himself. He intently listened to my every need, concern and paid close attention to what I was wanting and the vision I initially had for my teeth. What I loved about this whole process was the communication from both him and his staff. From calling me to check up on me after the first long appointment to remove the first set of veneers, to communicating with me in detail about the shape, colour and size of my new ones. Even down to the details of slight translucency in the new veneers. All things that were very vague and dismissed in my first experience of veneer placement at the prior dentist. Dr. Perrin completely set my heart at peace. I am someone who is such a baby in the dental chair, and yet, I found myself so relaxed as he is incredibly kind, gentle and understanding. Not to mention, thorough. When he found that the previous veneers were placed roughly and incorrectly, having flared up my gums, he took special time and attention to correct the issue and sent me home with care instructions to help heal it. I will say as well, Dr Perrin's composite veneers were equally amazing, I would have been happy to settle with those alone. Just a few days ago, I had the placement of my final veneers and I cannot tell you how happy and relieved I am with the end results. Dr. Perrin nailed the vision I initially had, of a natural looking, beautiful smile. Every time I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, I burst into tears. This time in joy. The previous veneers had made me cry with sadness every time I saw myself. The previous colour was so bright white (the before photo doesn't depict how unnaturally colored they were) that it was extremely contrasting to my natural bottom teeth so it felt and looked as though I had dentures in. Now, not only do my new teeth look beautiful, they are perfectly matched to my lower teeth and it just looks like the natural smile I always had hoped for. My only regret is that I did not find Dr. Perrin in the first place and I would have saved myself time, drama, money and even the health of my gums. I cannot recommend him enough, from the detail to attention, to the warm and kind manner of his staff, his beautiful office, to the personalized production of my new veneers, I would have to say, his is the best dental surgery I have ever been to. This experience has healed me of all my past dental trauma. If you're on the fence about finding the right doctor for your teeth, take this as your sign to look no further. I have been looking for a new dentist. My friend referred me to Dr Perrin. I'm the type of person that does a lot of research before seeing any type of doctor. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of experience that Dr Perrin brought to the table. He studied and graduated from USC in a type of dentistry that is focused on being minimally invasive (that is always a plus in my book). He has spent time in the Nicaragua, Philippines and Panama as a dental philanthropist. I decided to make an appointment. When I walked in the front desk assistant was super friendly/professional and understood that I was a little nervous about my appointment. Before I get into the details of the appointment, the dental office is gorgeous. I felt like I was walking into a Vegas presidential suite. I could sense that they really took time to design the office and had great attention to detail. I was walked into the "suite" which is the exam room but it was such a nice room that calling it an exam room would not do it justice. I was getting a little anxious waiting for Dr Perrin. He told me not to worry and that I was in the right hands. Dr Perrin took time to explain the process and even was patient with all the questions I had.
