Great selection but a bit on the pricey side. Tile arrived within a week so it worked well with our schedule. Friendly staff!

Also, when I went last weekend, they had their 50 % off clearance happening for all of the holiday items. On Sundays, enjoy a VIP experience with the experts, including tours, registry help, and complimentary demos. On January 21, they'll have a Ways to Vitamix presentation and how to make pizza dough happening at 11:00 am. And on the following Sunday (the 28th), they will be showing how to make decadent desserts with the Vitamix, including chocolate-avocado mousse and espresso frappes. Know before you go: Plenty of parking spots, so don't fret. Located on the ground level of the mall. On most Sundays, they do presentations at 11:00 am, and then the audience gets to sample whatever they make :)

He also helped me by bringing down the different sizes so I could see them up close and hold them (I'm really short so there was no way I was going to be able to grab them off the shelves lol). In the end, I had to order one since they didn't have the color I wanted in stock, but other than that, I'm glad I went in. Very excited to get my Le Creuset in the next couple of weeks.

I selected Kitchen Sales at the West Knoxville location for the project. Patrick Keck was my designer and working with him created a smooth and relaxed experience from start to finish. Patrick was professional, responsive, trustworthy, dependable, worked exceptionally well with other contractors and suppliers, and went above and beyond to make sure I was more than satisfied. Kitchen Sales provided me a condo full of lovely cabinets with skilled installation at an exceptionally fair price. Without question, I give them 5/5 stars and will recommend Patrick Keck as a designer and project facilitator. The company is fortunate to have Patrick as he represents them well. Thank You Kitchen Sales! Bravo!

Although the job was small relatively speaking Steve treated it like a major overall. Steve has a good eye for design. He made some minor changes in our layout that makes our kitchen more functional. Utilized all the space wonderfully. Glen the contractor was very meticulous. When my wife ask for some trim work to be corrected he did it with a smile. He worked at our house for 12 straight days to complete the job. Wish I had the money to keep him on retainer. Very good and has a very pleasant disposition. Unlike many in the field he goes by the mantra the customer is always right. Overall very good job from start to finish. Some minor issues along the way but was taken care of. Job drug out a little longer than expected. Would certainly use Kitchen Sales when I do my bathroom.

This visit was the opposite of last time, I am relieved to say. We were greeted and offered help as soon as we walked in, and they offered no pressure when we preferred to browse without assistance. Twice while we were there different sales staff checked in, but again they were solicitous but not overbearing. The showroom is stunning and spacious and offers customers the best selection of higher-end appliances and fixtures in this area, although you can find similar quality lighting at other local showrooms and galleries. The prices are steep, so don't go in expecting any great bargains. This visit made me hopeful that management has addressed the customer service issues that marred what was otherwise a key design destination for builders and renovators.

Always gotten great service until this store. Checking out and two items rang up $40-60 more than advertised price. Our cashier Nancy was wonderful and called for help. I went back to double check that we hadn't read the sign wrong. Unfortunately Tracy approached me and told me the sign was wrong and pulled it down. I explained that I expected the advertised price. She stormed off after giving me a dirty look and went to register and approved the change. No thank you or sorry just a dirty glare. I ended up getting charged twice for an item and had to go back to the store a few minutes later. Jon took care of it and was friendly. A few days later we had a return and an online purchase. My partner went in and sadly got Tracy again. She wasn't going to give her the online order because there was one letter spelled wrong on the name. Foster was spelled Fostee (my fault). Once again unhappy and rude. I know retail is hard and people generally stink. But if you can't be pleasant maybe consider something different or work behind the scenes.
