Century Flooring came up first and even though there was only one review at the time, the pictures of the completed floors were as a thousand words! Unbelievably stunning. I called and spoke with Franky Fofiu, owner of the company. He came out the next day and gave me his estimate. I hired him on the spot. Two days later, he and his employee, Albert, showed up and went to work. 8 hours later, a masterpiece had been installed (2 bedrooms). The finished job exceeded our expectations. It was unbelievably gorgeous - perfect in every way. We couldn't be happier. They treated our home as if it were theirs. We can't thank them enough. Anyone we know who is thinking about hardwood installation will get Century Flooring's name and number. I doubt that there would be any who could do a better job. The Wow Factor will be enjoyed for years to come!.

I found this out when she accidentally sent me a screenshot of our conversation from her phone. I texted back asking for an explanation. She called me and, instead of apologizing, she doubled down, telling me I was the "most difficult customer" she's "ever had". The next day, she sent a novel-length text to me and my husband about why she thinks we are terrible customers. In summary, she was apparently angry because: 1. My husband and I asked the crew to wear masks when passing through the living room, where we were working remotely. We were fine with the crew not wearing masks while they worked. 2. There was a scheduling hiccup. I told Bobbie Jo in advance that I would only be home before noon one day, and she said that was fine. Then that day, the crew did not arrive before I had to leave. I called to reschedule and she asked me to leave my door unlocked for the crew while I was out. I said no, because I'm not comfortable leaving my unattended home unlocked in the middle of the day. Bobbie Jo seemed to think this meant we didn't trust her crew, but that was never the issue. Four days after she sent the screenshot, she texted a weak offer to "make things right" by offering us a gift card (of unspecified amount) to a steakhouse. Still no apology. She never said sorry or admitted wrongdoing. We declined the gift card. For the sake of completeness, we want to add that there was a minor issue related to the service. We asked if they could add shoe molding in one room and the crew said yes. After adding that to our invoice, Bobbie Jo then rescinded the offer because, she said, "I am completely out of trim." She didn't offer to let us know when she would resupply. She did take that charge back off our invoice. So if you want to be called a b*tch for making a reasonable request and having a small scheduling issue, go ahead, hire Denton's.

They made me an oven & microwave cabinet with 1 big drawer below oven & a set of doors above the microwave. They also made me 2 cabinets for over my washer & dryer. The cabinets are full open doors & the drawer is full extension also. They are all soft close as well. The people that installed went out of their way to keep my house clean & to get the molding correct to match the other cabinets. They came back a second day to install adjustable racks to hold my cookie sheets & such. Their cabinets are absolutely the best cabinets I have ever had & I have had other custom cabinets. They are respectful, contentious, timely, & are going to figure out how to follow through with what they promised you they could do, no matter how puzzling the situation is to
