This was the Town and Country Circle Store in Farragut TN. My grandson and his friend visited for a week and used my LG77 Class 5 series for their games. They adjusted the settings for their taste. When I tried to use my TV after they left I had no idea how to adjust the settings back where they were. I called the store where we purchased the TV for help. I fortunately got Sierra who guided me through the adjustments and then educated me on future problems I may encounter and ways to solve them. Sierra is an excellent representative for Best Buy. Not only was she knowledgeable but Her friendly demeanor made the experience of learning how to adjust my settings myself an enjoyable experience. She explained the technical details in simple terms and guided me through the process of adjusting the settings very patiently and step by step. Through her exceptional guidance and service she made the whole experience both pleasant and informative. I highly recommend Sierra to anyone who needs assistance with their TV adjustments!

They charged $173.71 with no idea how to help in any way. The manager said all their people are well trained and yes, she agreed this was their practice in serving their customers. Apparently, she doesn't know her staff very well. This particular smoker we were looking for was $20 more at Lowe's and by chance I just asked if they would do a price match to Amazon's price .... He needed to check with his supervisor, Nick.. He was able to get him on the phone right away, and Nick told him as long as it was the same item and numbers matched up they could do the price match for us . Numbers match up the sales person helped us also look for another item we had been searching for and had a flatbed cart brought around to the aisle to take to the smoker to the checkout and made sure that there was a young man available to help load the smoker into the back of our car . All being said, we dealt with three or four different individuals through this transaction and everybody was behind kind, personable, and extremely helpful . It's wonderful to go into a store and not just have somebody point you to an aisle and walk away. Everyone went above and beyond helping us with hospitality and kindness . My mom & I had a new washer & dryer delivered on September 7, 2026. The old washer & dryer were…read morehauled off. Neither delivery person spoke English so there was very little communication. No immediate problem noticed with delivery or hauling away of old appliances. Several weeks later, I was trying to retrieve something from behind the dryer & noticed that the metal hose from the dryer to the vent on the wall had several bends in it because it was too long. I was concerned about this being a fire hazard if lint started building up in the bends. We went back to the Lowes where the appliances were purchased but just got a blank stare from the young man & woman working in the appliance section. He just said that was the standard length. I advised him that it could be a fire hazard, but he did not seem concerned at all. Spent $100 to have an appliance repair person come out & check the hose. Not only was it too long but it was not securely attached to the vent on the wall & had been punctured. There was actually lint on the floor. The repair person shortened the hose for us & secured it to the vent on the wall. We took the damaged part of the hose back to Lowes to let them know what happened. We were advised that we would probably get a better response from corporate if we submitted an online review. The clerk at the return desk seemed to indicate by his expressions that it would not be taken as seriously by management at that store. My neighbors had the same experience. They had a washer & dryer from the same Lowe's delivered a few days before us but he was able to purchase & change the dryer hose himself. Their dryer was sitting too far out from the wall due to the length of the dryer hose. FYI, I worked for an alarm company for 10 years & have heard plenty of examples of dryers causing house fires.
