This was the Town and Country Circle Store in Farragut TN. My grandson and his friend visited for a week and used my LG77 Class 5 series for their games. They adjusted the settings for their taste. When I tried to use my TV after they left I had no idea how to adjust the settings back where they were. I called the store where we purchased the TV for help. I fortunately got Sierra who guided me through the adjustments and then educated me on future problems I may encounter and ways to solve them. Sierra is an excellent representative for Best Buy. Not only was she knowledgeable but Her friendly demeanor made the experience of learning how to adjust my settings myself an enjoyable experience. She explained the technical details in simple terms and guided me through the process of adjusting the settings very patiently and step by step. Through her exceptional guidance and service she made the whole experience both pleasant and informative. I highly recommend Sierra to anyone who needs assistance with their TV adjustments!

I ordered online Thursday night (7/30/26) to be delivered the following Monday, installed and set up, etc. When you order online it tells you the time frame and it also says "you can track your delivery"...well not so much! Since I was not there when they were to deliver the new TV I arranged for a friend to go and sit and wait so someone was available to open the door so they could do their job. The time originally said 7am-7pm, it later changed to 4pm-7pm. My friend was there sitting until 7:25 and no one showed, no one called, no one emailed me, no one did NADA!!!! DO YOU THINK THEY WOULD CALL ME THE NEXT DAY??? NOPE ABSOLUTELY NOT! I will never do business with Best Buy again! And don't try and call the physical store because they only have a call center that doesn't know how to track anything or help with anything. I later found out that they don't even have phones inside the store to receive calls. Throughout the day I probably spent upwards of 3 hours on hold with foreigners that I could barely understand when it was going to be delivered. They couldn't even get confirmation from the GEEK SQUAD their location and delivery time. And yes I cancelled the order! Now I'm driving days later to replace the TV myself because evidently they don't give a crap about their customers or their customer service! Never Again! I'm a business person and you would think a large company such as Best Buy would have their act together and not treat people like this!

Paul was the technician and was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. I had my dryer back. I have a 17 year old six burner Dacor cooktop. Two of the burners never really would start unless I used a match. Even after it was newly installed the technicians from the local appliance store from where it was bought couldn't fix it. I decided to see if Paul at Mr Applaince could fix it. To my amazement he had it fixed within a half a hour and it was a ridiculously simply fix that only cost the fee for his time. i got a call before each service telling me when Paul would arrive. He was on time every time. I highly recommend this company and Paul. I have been 100% satisfied each and every time.

The manager said all their people are well trained and yes, she agreed this was their practice in serving their customers. Apparently, she doesn't know her staff very well.
