Not only did they show up to start when they said they would, they arrived on time on each and every work day. Workers Russ & David did an excellent job of keeping us updated on everything they were doing as the job progressed, and even made suggestions on some extras that were needed (actually needed, not an up-sell). At the end of the day, EVERYTHING was cleaned up before they left for the day. Everyone at Handy Chuck's was very personable and easy to talk to. They responded to any questions and/or concerns we had with easy to understand explanations. I would trust Handy Chuck's with any other home remodeling jobs we may have in the future, big or small. In fact, wait on their bid on a second small job I need done.

He ghosted the project after getting it started and to a point that it was hard for anyone to pick up where he left off. When he returned we had hired as many people as possible because we didn't know if he would return and we only allowed him to finish any of the job because our previous house had sold and we were living in a hotel and needed to get in asap. This is the work he left us with. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business.

They are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but they use state of the art CAD system for measurement and production of counters and vanities. We worked with Sandy on layout including preview of different pieces. Demo of existing was done one day and the installation the following. White glove handling with customized dolley for transport of the slabs as vanities were quartzite material and leveling equipment required for fusing of the seams. (I was a little hesitant on the vanities as a subcontractor on a previous job several years (different company) shattered a plate glass mirror trying to fit a granite vanity (requiring all kinds of extra drywall work since mirror had been glued to the drywall.)

He is honest and hard working and cleaned the job site every evening before he left. We have heard nightmares of kitchen remodels taking months - ours took 3 weeks....and he also did our flooring as well! We can't say enough "good things" about him! We are now getting ready to hire him to do our bathroom remodel. He is definitely our "go to" guy!

Liz told that it shouldn't need that after one year and she would come and look at it. That was on 5/20. She said she was heading on vacation and that she'd call on her return. Texted her again on her return several times since her return, each time she'd set up times to check the patio but did not. Gave them five stars for their work. Would give them zero for their follow-up. Sadly feel even worse that we recommended them to neighbors who employed them.
