He was professional and respectful and left my living room spotless after inspecting and cleaning my fireplace. We received a comprehensive report on the state of our fireplace with recommendations and quotes for everything that wasn't perfect, but Matt was careful to reassure my husband that our fireplace was in great shape for its age (close to 100!) and all the updates would simply be to get it up to current codes.
