Their prices were super competitive and the installation was flawless. Their turnaround was also quicker than I expected. Very professional company and I just wish I had found them sooner. Although the job was small relatively speaking Steve treated it like a major overall. Steve has a good eye for design. He made some minor changes in our layout that makes our kitchen more functional. Utilized all the space wonderfully. Glen the contractor was very meticulous. When my wife ask for some trim work to be corrected he did it with a smile. He worked at our house for 12 straight days to complete the job. Wish I had the money to keep him on retainer. Very good and has a very pleasant disposition. Unlike many in the field he goes by the mantra the customer is always right. Overall very good job from start to finish. Some minor issues along the way but was taken care of. Job drug out a little longer than expected. Would certainly use Kitchen Sales when I do my bathroom.

It's like I must not be wearing the right clothes, smell bad, look bad or not be part of the right family. it seems like one of the places where if you didn't grow up in Knoxville you just do not matter to them. They said if I did not receive it by July 5, to call and I could cancel. Called July 5 because the FedEx tracking says shipping label created but nothing has shipped. I was told that they would cancel the order but would not be able to send me an email indicating that the order is cancelled. What? The foreign "customer service" rep was rude. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said her supervisor said she was in a long call and couldn't do anything more for me. The rep spoke over me and kept getting louder telling me that I accepted what she told me about the cancellation. This was a horrible experience. I see their rating of 1.2 stars and so get it. BUYER BEWARE!!! I fear I will never see the $1000.00.

I took the fuse back home tried it but it wasn't the fuse. We went back and he was willing to give us more advice on what to try before we purchased another dryer. This man could have just sold us the dryer and not try to help us at all but he didn't. We decided that our dryer was so old that we wanted to purchase one anyway. He made sure we got the right plug on the dyer and ran it to verify it worked, not that he needed to because we trusted him anyway. I would highly recommend this place.
