If you're looking to replace your old patio cover, you've come to the right place. We contacted…read moreTony about two years ago and he came out and gave us a quote. Then life got in the way and delayed the project. We called Tony recently and he came out to refresh his memory and his new quote wasn't that far off from the old one. How's that for an honest man. He gives it to you straight. No upselling, no trying to talk you into something you don't want. He listens to what you want, gives his advice and you end up with a nice patio cover. Mike and Sergio really know how to do a great job. The first day, they came in, took down the old patio cover and left the patio clean and free of debris. I found that amazing considering the amount of dried up wood and splinters that were raining down on them. When it was time to install the new cover, they came back and did the job efficiently and with no problems. Again they left the patio clean. You can't go wrong with this company.

It was fairly smooth to get everyone on the same page and everything was done one after the other so the entire project from start to finish didn't take long at all. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install a patio! We're really happy with the high quality outcome and he delivered on everything we wanted!

First, I must share our patio area presented a major challenge. The existing roofline made it…read moreimpossible to simply extend the patio cover straight across the space. The previous owners had added a structure that left an awkward opening in the cover to accommodate the roofline. Not only was it unattractive, but whenever it rained, water would pour through the opening and onto the patio. The cut-out was really annoying to us. Before contacting Mr. Patio Cover, we had another company come out and spend nearly two hours discussing possible solutions. We were told an engineer would follow up, but unfortunately, we never heard back from them. The following summer, we saw an advertisement for Mr. Patio Cover and decided to give them a call. Sam came out, patiently listened to our concerns, and recommended that Eric, the owner and engineer, personally evaluate our unique roofline situation. We are so glad he did! Eric did not shy away from our very challenging situation. After much brainstorming, he came up with an incredibly smart and creative solution. He recommended modifying the existing roofline by having a roofer cut back the corner and eaves, allowing Mr. Patio Cover to extend the new cover seamlessly across the space without the large opening. The roofer did an excellent job modifying the roofline. It looks so natural that you would think the roof had originally been designed and built that way. It was a solution we had not been able to get from anyone else. The finished patio cover looks beautiful, modern and completely transforms the space. Most importantly, we no longer will have rain pouring through that awkward cut-out! Since completing the project, we have thoroughly enjoyed our patio. We are out there nearly every morning watching the sunrise behind the trees, and when the sun gets too bright, the gorgeous and functional shades allow us to stay out even longer. We absolutely love our new patio space and couldn't be happier with Mr. Patio Cover. They found a creative solution to a difficult problem, delivered beautiful workmanship, and compared to the prior quote of the other company, they did it at a reasonable price.

I received multiple quotes and had several contractors visit my home, but Ivan stood out immediately. He was friendly and upfront about what he was offering. While some contractors were vague about the permitting process, Ivan made it clear from the very beginning that permits were the right way to go and guided me through the process every step of the way. That transparency gave me a lot of confidence in choosing his company. One challenge with my project was that my backyard already had stone pavers installed. Ivan and his team carefully trenched the area, installed the required concrete footings, and then replaced the pavers so seamlessly that you would never know they had been removed. Their attention to detail was impressive. Ivan also provided valuable recommendations to help the patio cover withstand the high winds and extreme temperatures we experience in our area. Throughout the project, he was patient with all of my questions and my constant desire to check on the progress. As a homeowner excited about a major improvement, I appreciated his willingness to explain things and keep me informed. What I especially appreciated was that Ivan himself was actively involved in the work. It wasn't a situation where the person who sold the job disappeared and handed everything off to a crew. Ivan was there, working alongside his team and ensuring everything was done right. If you're looking for quality craftsmanship, fair pricing, honesty, and professionalism, I highly recommend Ivan and his team.
