The lady doing my eyebrows sat me down immediately, I let her know I just wanted a clean up, she nodded letting me know she understood. As she was doing my eyebrows, she told me how nice my shape was & that she didn't want to mess them up.... at the end I walked out with 2 different eyebrows!!!! Not acceptable! Love this place! I had been growing my eyebrows out for about 5 months because I wanted to get them shaped again. I usually go to Burbank and get them done for $23. I recently quit my job to go back to school full time and could no longer afford that. I looked up threading areas in Redlands and stumbled upon this place. All of the reviews were great and so were the prices so I walked in with no appointment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly woman named Sindhu. She asked me to sign in and I did. Soon after, I was in a chair and she asked what I would like. I told her I still wanted them thick and cleaned up. When I opened my eyes, I was shocked! They looked exactly how I wanted them (even better than I had imagined). She was very thorough and professional. I will ALWAYS come back to her! She did a better job than the person in Burbank and for cheaper! Trust me you will not be disappointed. The place is clean and the staff are friendly! read more

First time visiting. The ladies have a very welcoming smile. They seated me right away. Sam did my eyebrow threading and showed me after each eyebrow to make sure I was happy with the result. My daughter and I love The Threading Zone! We have been coming here for years and the ladies who work here are very nice and does a great job for $8! They have a rewards card, so after so many sessions, you get one for free also! It can get busy but the wait is never too long. The only thing I wish they would do is wipe down the "headrest" where we put the back of our heads down. I think it's a little more sanitary to wipe it down after every customer has rested their head on it. That's just me though and I will still continue to come here to get my eyebrows done! read more

Based on all the great reviews, I wanted to give this place a shot. I have been looking for a great eyebrow place for so long. Right when I went in, it was really nice, clean & organized. They greeted me right away. There was 2 people in front of me and the wait wasn't long. Sam was the one who did my eyebrows & she's such a sweetheart! She took her time with my eyebrows & made sure they were even. Customer service is really everything & she definitely made me feel welcome. Really long wait. It wasn't the girls fault though as she was the only one working. I asked for a clean up and ended up with two differently shaped brows. This was my first time here and I'll never come back. I've never had a problem with my brows anywhere else. Very quick service. Got in and out in less than 5 minutes. $8 for brows. I liked the shape of my brows, but thought the lady could have spent a little bit more time cleaning them up a bit. Always come here for eyebrows and lip . At first they kind of didn't like it when I used to tell them how I liked them done . I think they've gotten used to it . THE MOST important thing noted before I got my eyebrows done was that Sam disinfected the head and back portion of the salon chair. As a nurse, this was so important to me because I have never seen a stylist do this whenever they switch customers. I think this is one of the main reasons why I find this salon to deserve five stars because they not only do well with your eyebrows, but they maintain cleanliness! I actually wanted to get my nails done, but the salon was fully booked and when I saw this place next door I thought "might as well". I actually didn't catch the young lady's name but she was very sweet/polite and left my eyebrows looking the best they ever have. *Update!* I finally filled up my card and got the free eyebrow threading and got a free birthday eyebrow threading along the way too. I always get Jenny (I think that's her name). She does a good job and is pleasant. I think I will continue to come :) Original review: I found this place through yelp and hoped it would be as good as the threading salon I usually go to in LA and I think it was better! I did my eyebrows and lip after taking SO long to get around to doing them (so I kind of felt bad for the lady who did it for me for coming in with such bushy eyebrows hehe). She was very nice and her method didn't hurt at all! I was shocked since the place I usually go to makes me hurt for at least half a day afterwards (so I thought it was normal). Anyway, I told her that I just wanted her to clean them up and leave them thick-looking since another lady I went to in LA had gone overboard once and left them SO thin. And she did exactly what I said. She offered aloe gel afterwards and I took it since I forgot to bring my own ointment (just in case I got red or broke out). I liked how my eyebrows came out and most importantly that it didn't hurt. I even got a couple of compliments later on. I think I will come here from now on and might as well fill up my punch card for the free threading. ;) Ps. I also wanted a wax but the lady who did waxing wasn't there and was told I need to make an appt at least one day in advance. read more
