I got my eyebrows threaded by an older woman as some reviews have stated, and it was the most painful experience I've had with threading. It's been a few days and I still have cuts all over. Unprofessional. Why would an eyebrow threading place comment on my health? The lady doing my eyebrows said I needed to watch my health and go on a walk. Read the reviews for this place and was a bit nervous about costumer service because if people are rude to me, I usually don't let them get away with it. Lol. I really wanted to find a good eyebrow threading place because threading lasts longer and the eyebrows don't come back all jagged like it does with waxing. When I came up to the shop in Yucaipa, the girl working there wasn't very personable but I can deal with that because I am pretty shy. The thing that did impress me about this girl that did my eyebrows is not only how great the eyebrows looked when she was done but how quick and painless it was done compared to other places I had gone. This girl really had an art for this and I commend her. I would also like to mention the price. Omg, was it cheap compared to what I am used to! I do plan on going back here in the future but will still be looking out for the rude ladies others have had issues with in the past. As I said, I don't let people treat me like that and if they do, I sadly won't come back. :( read more

Wasted $10. I usually go out in Orange County to get my eyebrows threaded and I desperately needed to get my eyebrows done. I'm aware I don't have the best eyebrows but I've never been more displeased in a thread job than I am right now. Plus other shops don't charge as much. I paid more for a bad job. I usually come here and have had pretty good experiences, however after growing my eye brows out for literally months because another place I went to messed them up, I came in today and specifically asked for a clean up. I have naturally good shaped eye brows so it's rare for my eye brows to get messed up. Well today the usual lady wasn't there and an older woman was there and she COMPLETELY destroyed my eye brows. They are so thin and two completely different shapes. She took off hair in places there should be hair and left hair in my unibrow area and clean up areas and there are random chunks missing. It is going to take months to grow my brows out again and I am so upset. I would highly recommend not risking going here to get your brows done. read more

I usually go get my eyebrows done Wednesday's or Thursdays when my usual girl is there ( I am sorry I don't know her name but she uses the station on the right) and she has always done a great job. I went in today (Friday) and she wasn't there so I had the other lady help me, again I don't know her name but she was an older woman who used the left side station. She completely butchered my eyebrows. I asked her to just do a clean up and keep shape. When she handed me the mirror I gasped- my eyebrows are completely different shapes, extremely thin, and totally uneven. I know eyebrows aren't twins but these aren't even distant relatives. I am so upset. I refused to pay for the service and walked out. She clearly doesn't know what she's doing. I am now going to have to wait months for them to grow out. read more

Just got my eyebrows threaded at Ruby's Bangles in Yucaipa. The girl was super fast and it only cost me $8 + tip. She did a great job and there's no redness (like their typically is when waxing). The lady that is normally there does an amazing job, helped shape them back after destroyed at another location. I will not go anywhere else or to anyone else to have them done. First time here and loved it. Sara is so quick and does an amazing job. I had heard about eyebrows looking better with threading than wax. I believe it now. Don't remember the name, was an older lady left side station, But all I asked was for a clean up, I have thick nice shaped eyebrows but after she did them my eyebrows were two completely different shapes and RUINED one was thick and had some missing spots and she did the other eyebrow super thin and REALLY SHORT. I've only been to the one in Moreno Valley, and I used to love going there!! Only place I went to get my eyebrows done until one day I went in, and all three ladies looked at me as if I were an insect and didn't even ask me if I needed to get eyebrows done like before.... I always used to go to narinder, andone day she wasn't there so I ended up going with a lady name Sochi, and I loved how she actually took her time on my eyebrows, so I just ended up always asking for her. and I'm ASSUMING that's why the lady narinder and her friends gave me that look because it actually wasn't the first time they've made me feel a bit awkward. Customer service depends on who is there that day. Regardless of who is there they do a great job threading. I also take my son there and he has no complaints. They do a perfect job on both men and woman. They will change the hours during the winter season which makes no sense to me. read more
