Lady was really unfriendly and awkward. To add to the awkwardness, no music was playing in the place at all. She cut my eyelid and make me bleed. Now two days later I have a gross scab. She cut my friends eye too. We will not be coming back here. read more

I came to this spot weary because the last threading place I went too thinned my brows out. I explained to the lady here my concerns and how I do not want them to be thin. I'm not sure how she did it but my eyebrows came out looking fuller than ever!!! She did great and did exactly what I was envisioning and more. I'm happy with the service (eyebrows only as of this review). It cost $8 for threading which I have found to be about the going rate for this. There are two times you can get a free threading done via their punch card , 1) on your bday 2) when your on your 7th visit. Word to the wise if you are coming in with kid(s) in tow. I went in with my kid and they was watching a show with profanity in it. The show was not changed nor was it muted. I was not happy with that. If I have this type of issue again I will be looking elsewhere for my business. read more

The $5 sign should be taken down, I was charged $8. The only friendly person was the lady at the counter (I didnt catch her name). The lady who did my eyebrows was a bit awkward. I wasn't asked what service I wanted, how I wanted them, if I wanted any other service done etc it's like did I offend you in some way? The only time she spoke was when she needed me to hold my brows up. She did fair job, however I was not offered a rewards card. So it's a no for me, I didn't feel very welcomed lol read more

They messed up my eyebrows. They like don't even have a sense of symmetry. I know both brows will never look exactly the same but they made them look so bad. I do not recommend this place at all, at least not for eyebrows. I'd rather go to another place and pay more. Will not return and very upset with my brows. read more

This place is fast, clean, and the staff does a great job. I go here for eyebrow threading at least every month. Very inexpensive, it was a little painful since I didn't know what to expect. The end results were perfect! The shape was very natural and full which I love. I never tried threading and this was my first time. I found the place on yelp and it got great reviews...so decided to come here. My experience was a great one. I can't remember the girl's name who threaded my eyebrows, unfortunately she did not introduce herself. Then again, there were 3 other customers in there, and only one person working. She didn't ask me what kind of eyebrows I wanted, but to be honest, I had no idea what I wanted either. I had been growing my eyebrows out for 3 weeks...they were in need of some shaping and cleaning up! I sat there and she told me what to do (how to hold my eyelids and above my eye, etc.) and honestly, the eyebrow threading didn't hurt one bit! I was surprised! I loved the outcome and will be back! The rewards card is also an incentive. And it was just $8 bucks for eyebrow threading. read more

I have heard that waxing removes the collagen from the eye...so I decided to switch to threading. About that time...this spot opened and I had to try. I pay 8 dollars for my threading and never have to wait. I also love the rewards card!! You have it stamped each time you come in. There is one woman who does all the threading and she is very polite and professional. She always uses hand sanitizer. She will also ask you if you would like aloe vera after she finishes. I have thick eyebrows and I like them. She always cleans them up nicely and they look great! read more

The Threading Zone has changed my life! I always have wanted to try having my eyebrows threaded because my skin is so sensitive the tiniest bit of irritation can cause my skin to breakout. The first time I went I was nervous because it was my first time but they were super nice about it. Another thing is my eyebrows grow so fast after having them waxed that they are usually back to square one in five days. I've noticed with threading the effects last a bit longer and my skin never breaks out. The only product the use on your skin after the threading is aloe vera which is very safe for sensitive skin. They are extremely affordable at The Threading Zone it's only $8 (not including a tip) to have your eyebrows done; so, if you're like me and need to have your eyebrows done almost once a week the price is very appealing. I have had both Sabina and Jenny do my eyebrows and they are both amazing. The service is always fast too! read more

My to go place for threading! I'm so glad I found one near my area. I used to go to Riverside for my eyebrow. The place is easy to find, usually there's only 1 person doing the threading but there's not much wait. The price is also very reasonable. It's more expensive than where I used to go but it's closer to my place so I didn't mind. For eyebrows, it's $8 and for the combo (upper lip/chin/eyebrows) = $16. That's a really great deal! They also offer a rewards card so you can get it stamped after every appointment. I really like how do they do my eyebrows and they listen to what I want. My eyebrows are already arched and is thick to the way I like it. They're very meticulous in cleaning up the stray hairs and also is very fast and efficient. I'm not good with pain but they manage to ease the pain by doing the threading quick. Also a bonus: they use hand sanitizer before they do your threading! That alone means they practice good sanitation. Anyway, they won't ask you to hand sanitize your hand so I suggest you do the same as well before touching your face. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. I have thick larger brows thanks to my Armenian/Italian back ground and absolutely love my larger brows, however on occasion they can get a bit unruly. After checking Yelp and seeing all the positive reviews I was cautious about coming to a new place but thought that with such rave reviews there would not be a problem. WRONG. After seating me I kindly articulated to the lady working today (8/7/2015) that I love larger, more dramatic brows and did not want my eyebrow tails messed with. (I have had a few to many over zealous estheticians over pluck and have been trying diligently for the last few months to counter act that). I felt confident that I had absolutely without a doubt conveyed my wishes and the woman got started. It was a little strange to me that she didn't brush nor trim my brows before getting started as with other studios I have been to, but let her continue. After finishing up one brow she showed me her work. I was floored. My right brow was quite a bit thinner than when we started and it had a distinctly tadpole like shape. AKA the tail and little baby hairs that were FINALLY growing in that I had EXPRESSLY stated I WANTED TO KEEP were gone. I told her this and instead of apologizing she said that (and I quote) "Well most people who come in here don't want the hairs on the tails). I'm sorry but I'm the paying costumer and had articulated quite a few times that I wanted the tails because my eyebrow ends were too short! Seriously?! Because I was hoping to keep them somewhat even, I let her continue and after completely the second brow, and having to ask her AGAIN to keep my brow tail on the opposite side, she finished. They look awful. My left side is significantly larger than my right and the right side is too short and too thin. I'm sorry but what. the. hell. read more

They're very careless with your eyebrows. And they don't fully clean your eyebrows they leave patches of hair. Don't recommend.

I came in for an eyebrow threading that was long overdue. I found the threading zone on yelp and decided the reviews were worth the little drive. When I got there I was helped right away. The girls were friendly and fast. Although I wasn't 100% thrilled with my eyebrows, they weren't bad either. Just maybe not a great shape on my face.
