I am so happy I made it just in time before closing. I needed them done before an upcoming wedding and was lucky this place was easy to find in Redlands. I seen good reviews and was so happy with my result for my eyebrows. Sam did an amazing job and was very kind! I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in almost 7 years normally get them waxed or at home care but Sam made them look so pretty! I received quick and professional customer service while I was here. The chair was sanitized between customers, the environment was very clean and calming, and everyone was very friendly. I got an upper lip and eyebrow thread. I have never been happier with my eyebrows! I just showed her a picture of how I wanted my brows to look, and she did wonders. This message is for management. Please keep the music!!! Sam does an amazing job threading eyebrows. The place itself needs to play some music. Getting threading done can be very uncomfortable (even when done in the gentlest fashion) and music distracts me and helps me hold still. I've heard other customers voice this as well. read more

Came in this past Sunday to get my eyebrows done for the first time at this place. Only one person was working and a couple people waiting. Not bad so I decided to stay and give the place a try. Please don't come to this place. The first time I come Jenny didn't even trim my eyebrows and she didn't thread between the eyebrow since she was busy on the phone with someone. That's ok. Until this visit, and will be my last visit. Jenny did my brows and left the whole bunch of hair close to my eyelid and the lip was left so much hair still. I don't even notice till I have to put on makeup so I have the mirror right in front of me, guess what? After 4 hours of threading, I have to pluck my own eyebrows and my upper lip, and it took me a while, on top of it the corner of my eyes not even done!???? Did I pay for eyebrows? Anyway know I know why this store always empty. I don't recommend this place. read more

I have very thick and course eyebrows so when I want them threaded, I need them to be cleaned up without changing the natural shape of them. I have come here for almost 4 years and every time I come, I leave happy. Sam has always made sure my eyebrows come out exactly how I want them and on top of that she is so friendly and so sweet. She consistently does a clean job and when she's done, she always asks and if there is anything I need her to touch up on. I look forward to seeing her smile when I walk in and chatting with her about how I'm doing. I have been getting my eyebrows done since I was 13 years old and I'm 24 now. In the past, I've always felt embarrassed or shy when telling people how I want my eyebrows to come out, but with Sam I feel comfortable and confident that she will do exactly what I request every time. I have threaded my eyebrows for 20+ years. I needed a new threader and tried The Threading Zone. Sam is so kind and gentle. The issue is the thread thats she uses is very thin and weak. My hair is a bit thick and instead of pulling the hair from the root the thread breaks the hair. This causes the hair to grown back funny and leaves a dark under shadow. read more

I've been to this place a few times. I guess I haven't learned my lesson. Every time I come here I have a bad experience. They seem to be inexperienced because somehow they always seem to mess up. I always tell them to just clean up my eyebrows and not change the shape, yet they change the shape. They take out way too much from one side and leave you looking like a clown. To make it worse she didn't even clean up, I still have a lot of hairs that weren't taken out. I've been to other eyebrow threading places and have had better experiences. I won't be returning here. I moved to the Highland area 2 years ago and I was looking for a new threading salon that was closer to my new house. I found this location and decided to try it out. I have been coming here ever since! The girls that work there are always so friendly and welcoming. They do a great job on my eyebrows and always take their time. Whenever I go, there is either no wait at all or a short wait. They take their time on each customer but they get it done pretty quick (if that makes sense lol). The salon is also always clean. I have mixed reviews about this place. I wish I got pictures but I was too embarrassed to take them. I went in because my eyebrows were too overgrown for my liking. I have very thin eyebrow hair so threading is like the only service I can get. So I was in Redlands and I decided to try this place out because like I said I was in need of it. I sit down and I tell her to clean them up. She cleans them up but she makes my eyebrow too thin, it's fine I don't mind them thin but what I do mind is having eyebrows as even as possible. My left eyebrow was so much thinner than my right. It was noticeable. At that point she could have at least tried to fix them but whatever. Yeah the place was clean and yeah my right eyebrow looked amazing but the fact that she couldn't get my eyebrows remotely close to being even makes me not want to return. I would just suggest talking to the customer about details on how thin you're going to choose to go with the customers eyebrows. I didn't come here for eyebrow threading, I came to get henna. It was my first time ever getting it done so I guess my expectations were really high. I didn't really have a style, I didn't do my research before. I wanted her to freestyle a design. I wanted a crown and diamonds but the rest I was really open. I'm not happy with it. Felt like I could have done it myself, then she outrageously charged me $30 for it. The lines weren't straight but what could I expect, she didn't have a table set up or a booth. We sat on a couch and my hand was on her leg. Just disappointed to spend that much on something so little. read more

I usually come in for eyebrows and lip, but today my cheeks are inflamed from being threaded when it wasn't what I had asked for. I also have a sore on my upper lip from threading being done too hard. It's been nearly 12 hours and the inflammation has not gone down. Disappointed and won't be coming back again. read more
