I asked for the check and the waiter brought it to me along with the correct wings for my friends order in a to-go box, which is the closest thing to customer service we got that night. On February 20, 2026, I placed an order for my usual chicken quesadillas and decided to try your beef nachos for the first time. My pick-up time was 11:35 am. While the chicken quesadillas met my expectations, I was unfortunately disappointed with the beef nachos. The ground beef appeared to be several days old, as it was clumped together and very hard, and the chips were stale. Because of this, I was unable to enjoy the meal and ended up discarding the entire tray. I spent a total of $30.99 for my order. This was disappointing because I was looking forward to trying something new from your menu, especially given my previously positive experiences.
