However, the exterior is deceptively small - the interior is very large with lots of seating. Even though the parking lot was crowded, we were seated immediately and there were plenty of open tables. There is free parking in lots a block away. Hailey M., our server, was welcoming, friendly, and super helpful with gluten free options! Hailey recommended two delicious ciders and great sandwich options. Our compliments to the chef(s) - the roast beef au jus and salmon sandwiches were phenomenal. He answered all of our questions, helped us customize the event exactly how we wanted, and made everything feel easy. They gave us plenty of time to set up beforehand, which made a huge difference, and the space itself was perfect for hosting. Our clients loved the atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious. The manager saw that we didn't appear satisfied and came by to tell us that she had discounted the meal to account for the issue. The manager and waiter both walked away, AGAIN leaving empty drink cups. Abandoning any hope of my waiter or the manager making the bare minimum effort to simply refill our drinks, I walked the empty cups to the bar to get my own refills. I asked for the check and the waiter brought it to me along with the correct wings for my friends order in a to-go box, which is the closest thing to customer service we got that night. The service at this restaurant is non-existent, the quality is standards are lower than a RaceTrac pizza. On February 20, 2026, I placed an order for my usual chicken quesadillas and decided to try your beef nachos for the first time. My pick-up time was 11:35 am. While the chicken quesadillas met my expectations, I was unfortunately disappointed with the beef nachos. The ground beef appeared to be several days old, as it was clumped together and very hard, and the chips were stale. Because of this, I was unable to enjoy the meal and ended up discarding the entire tray. I spent a total of $30.99 for my order. This was disappointing because I was looking forward to trying something new from your menu, especially given my previously positive experiences. I understand that occasional issues can occur, and I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed for future orders.
