I have always enjoyed my regular chicken quesadillas and have had positive experiences with your staff. On February 20, 2026, I placed an order for my usual chicken quesadillas and decided to try your beef nachos for the first time. My pick-up time was 11:35 am. While the chicken quesadillas met my expectations, I was unfortunately disappointed with the beef nachos. The ground beef appeared to be several days old, as it was clumped together and very hard, and the chips were stale. Because of this, I was unable to enjoy the meal and ended up discarding the entire tray. I spent a total of $30.99 for my order. This was disappointing because I was looking forward to trying something new from your menu, especially given my previously positive experiences. I understand that occasional issues can occur, and I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed for future orders.
