We have always been intrigued by Tin Plate in quaint downtown Social Circle because it has great reviews. To be honest, we haven't come in before because it looks small from the outside and always appeared crowded. However, the exterior is deceptively small - the interior is very large with lots of seating. Even though the parking lot was crowded, we were seated immediately and there were plenty of open tables. There is free parking in lots a block away. Hailey M., our server, was welcoming, friendly, and super helpful with gluten free options! Hailey recommended two delicious ciders and great sandwich options. Our compliments to the chef(s) - the roast beef au jus and salmon sandwiches were phenomenal. Can't believe how quickly we were served and how amazing they tasted. My gluten free bun was one of the best I've ever had. We also enjoyed the music and atmosphere. Wow... The Tin Plate in Social Circle is a hidden gem! Known for their ginormous burgers and a wonderful selection of craft beers and friendly ambiance. The server's a very attentive to your needs and extremely friendly. I also had the pleasure of meeting Clark one of the owners a super nice guy! They have a Trust Menu where you pick an item and you trust them to make you happy with there special creations. That's going to be my next dish! I would have given Tin Plate a solid 5 stars if not for the slowwww service. I know the server is pregnant, but she also forgot my request for more dill ranch and since I really liked it, we'll have to subtract for that. HOWEVER, the food is Spot On! Husband had chicken with Nashville bbq sauce and the fries, Absolutely delicious! The fries are unique and flipped with flavor! The chicken was delicious and hubby loved, loved, loved the Nashville bbq sauce! I had the Buff Chx with tots. Fokes, it was amazing! The candy bacon gave it the best flavor ever! The only thing I would change is getting with fries instead of tots. The tots were average at best and I've already raved about the fries. We will be back for the hamburger! read more

Went here for husband's birthday, he gets the double trust burger every time. The chefs are so creative and he loves all the creations they bring him! Last time it was a burrito burger (burger patties inside a massive tortilla) and today it was a stuffed chili burger. I had the this Spud's for you, and omg that those potatos are MASSIVE! They must be like two pounds. Then we had the churro cheesecake eggrolls for dessert, and oh my, we couldn't stop eating them. Heaven on Earth. Never come here on a diet lol read more

Jelly did an excellent job of serving us during happy hour. This place has craft beer on tap and great food. The burgers are huge. My friend enjoyed the Ripper fried chicken sandwich. It has pimento cheese and good kick in spice. I enjoyed the toasty boy grilled chicken. We also up charged for side salad that was so worth it. Great salad with real lettuce ( not iceberg) cucs carrots red onion and a few fried crunchy things on top. The real fun is happy hour you can get a Mystery beer. Totally into this place. Four of us came in mid afternoon. We were quickly greeted and seated. We didn't see the bar area but the booths in the dining area were comfortable. My husband ordered a $2 happy hour draft beer. They also had several other happy hour options. At our table we ordered two burgers and a roast beef sandwich. The portion sizes were large. The sides were extra. They me of us ordered the tater tots and one ordered the homemade chips. They were both tasty. All meals were enjoyed and we would come back. read more

My family tried this restaurant recently and can't speak highly enough! Our server, Haley (I hope I'm spelling her name right), was super kind and professional. Our food was delicious and fresh. Our orders came out correct and in a timely manner. One comment I'd like to make that is that we were pleasantly surprised by this place. The entire staff seems really young, but they were some of the most well trained staff we've encountered in a LONG time. Every question we had, our server had an answer. Our drink almost never went empty before we got refills, AND I noticed multiple staff members cleaning throughout much of our visit. There was a clear sense of teamwork as everyone was helping each other and seemed to know exactly what to do and when. Overall, I will 100% be back here. Visited the Tin Plate about a week ago and was quite happy with the experience. The only negative thing I can say is that the music (it was on a Sunday at lunch) was a little too loud. My husband and I got a table right away and enjoyed beers from Tampa, where we live and had just driven from, so that was kind of cool from their immense list of beers from all around the US. He had a burger that was great, I still don't know how he got it into his mouth...and I had a salad which I could only eat half of as the portions are overly generous. One of the best places I've gone to in a while. There is a little bit of weight, but it was well worth it. I had the trust me, Berger, which basically gives the kitchen the ability to choose what type of burger you got. Mine came with bacon, cheese, jalapeños, and some hot sauce, it was incredible. Their fries are great too. The staff was incredibly efficient and even though there was a wait we got out of there in 45 minutes. they were courteous, professional, and on task As a former waiter, I completely sympathize with them and respect them for the hard work they were doing. My family loves this place. I always get the Throwin' Nightshade baked potato and it's huge! It makes at least two meals. If you're brave, try something off the trust menu where the chefs decide what you get. I know a lot of people who've gotten the trust burger and said it was surprisingly delicious. Let's start with the Real Pizza: being that this is in our small town of Social Circle I will admit I thought it would be another just good pizza.... WRONG IT WAS EXCELLENT! It was High end Chef quality Pie! Crust was sooo delicious and crust was perfectly crispy. Flavor soooo unique with olive oil, garlic and thick cheese! YUMMY!! Now the Philly Futuro Fries: the thick potato wedges so crisp and tasty..... topped with most delicious Birria, cheese and green chili. I love Birria and typically I can only find it in Mexico. So grateful they had it and it was amazing and full of flavor!! Thank you so much for bringing such excellence and quality to my small town!! We will be back and bringing clients from all over the world.
