On February 20, 2026, I placed an order for my usual chicken quesadillas and decided to try your beef nachos for the first time. My pick-up time was 11:35 am. While the chicken quesadillas met my expectations, I was unfortunately disappointed with the beef nachos. The ground beef appeared to be several days old, as it was clumped together and very hard, and the chips were stale. Because of this, I was unable to enjoy the meal and ended up discarding the entire tray. I spent a total of $30.99 for my order. This was disappointing because I was looking forward to trying something new from your menu, especially given my previously positive experiences. I understand that occasional issues can occur, and I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed for future orders. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know how it will be resolved--whether through a replacement, refund, or another solution you deem appropriate. They are always out of EVERYTHING!! This place is awful!! The pretzels are always burnt..just terrible

Food has never been amazing but it's fallen off a cliff recently. Fried chicken was very chewy almost as if it was undercooked. Server walked away after taking my wife and daughters order without acknowledging me at all and I had to call him back. Both drinks we ordered had absolutely no alcohol in them at all. Tequila is very easy to notice and it was absent from the drink. Only a few tables were even sat and a lot of the tables we could see were still dirty. Avoid this place if you want to have a good time. They didn't even offer to remove the drinks from the ticket even though we didn't drink them. read more

We DD'd, it was one of those nights. We ordered the Potato soup, side salad, and a triple dipper. The soup was good ...arrived warm and had a good flavor. The side salad was what it was.. lettuce and stuff.. Lol. 3.5 stars rounded up for the hospitality of the employees! Late night/last minute bridal shower as we were in the area and just needed somewhere close by that closed a little bit later. They allowed us to set everything up and were extremely helpful. Our waitress was a bit too friendly aka I knew her entire life story in our 2 hour stay, but she made sure we were well taken care of! Bartender was awesome as well! I had the chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes which were really good and complimented each other. To begin With, I ordered a crown and ginger and rhe clueless waitress came back to the table and said they were out of ginger. "you are out of ginger ale"? her response gave me a hint of what kind of dinner we would have. "No. We don't have any ginger"...I started over and told her, I want a Crown Royal and ginger ale. How can a bar tender not know what a crown and ginger is? After 20 minutes on a less than busy night, we got our drinks. My grand daughter ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened tea. We ordered our meal which included 2 bourbon street steaks. My steak was 80% grizzle, and definitely not a ribeye. It was just a clump of non descript meat, maybe a piece of top sirloin, Minimal seasoning and the garlic mashed potatoes had no garlic in them. The evening was our anniversary and we actually met at an Applebees In 1993. What a sad state of disarray this chain restaurant has become. We have eaten here a few times with good results, but this time was a deal breaker. Laughable service, horrible bartender and someone pretending to be a cook. How do you stay open? Btw, we were the ONLY 2 people in the restaurant when we arrived! We received the worst service in years at Applebees location 4789 Athens Hwy Loganville, GA. We visited on Monday night to enjoy MNF. After sitting, I advised the bartender that I had received a coupon via email for a free appetizer. She then reviewed it and stated it would be accepted. After dinner, she and the manager stated it would not be accepted due to our menu choice. We questioned the anomaly. The "manager" stated she would call the General Manager but would be told the same. Since we ate the appetizer, we are required to pay. We advised we were concerned about the unprofessional nature of the manager. She returns to our table with her cell phone, stating the General Manager stated the coupon cannot be used due to the Monday burger order. I accepted the phone spoke with the manager, who refused to speak. I advised that we are appalled at the treatment. We are also concerned that a MANAGER would not be empowered to handle a basic concern without allegedly contacting the General Manager at 10:00 pm! Needless to say, we will share our story with family and friends, on social media and via Yelp and Google Reviews. I will also complete the survey! The sad part of this conundrum is my history with this company! I was a hostess in college at Applebee's in StarkVille, Mississippi. I have frequented Applebee's for 25 years. I also purchase a gift card for my sister each birthday and Christmas! To span about 12 years, my daughter and I ate at the Lavista Rd. Applebee's in Tucker, Georgia multiple times each week when she was growing up. That location is now closed. If this behavioral pattern is indicative of service, then I see why. I've visited this location twice since moving to Loganville. Both times that I've come with my wife has been on a Tuesday evening. Pretty slow, which is a good thing, because the food should come out quicker. Service: Both times that I've come here, the service has been great. The waitresses were very attentive and constantly came to check to make sure we had what we needed. Food: For appetizers, we ordered boneless chicken wings tossed in a Sweet Thai sauce. These were very delicious. For dinner, I had the Chicken Wonton Stir Fry ($10.99). I'll be honest, it was just okay. The chicken didn't taste fresh, but more like frozen chicken that was warmed up. Here nor there, it was eaten & did the trick. The wontons were the best part. On my second trip, we heard about the All You Can Eat ($12.99) & that Boneless wings were added to the list. You can choose from crunchy shrimp, bbq riblets, & boneless chicken wings (tossed in Sweet Thai sauce). I personally liked all THREE. Each plate comes with fries, too. Waited an hour and half for a cup of soup and some macaroni and cheese. Finally went to the bar and asked to cash and then magically the server shows up and drops the food on our table without a word. Had to go to the to the bar ourselves to get drink refills because our server never came back. This was a great restaurant when it opened years ago but this was the second visit in the last month that was bad. At least on our last visit the server was good. The food and the service was bad this time. Won't go back again. Couple sat down behind us and waited for a half hour, server never came over and they left without getting any service. So if you call back with any problems, they can't do anything because they aren't physically there. I ask for a burger with NO pickles, my burger came with pickles I sent it back and said if you just take them off it will smell like pickle, burger came back within a minute and sure enough the burger smell like pickle. I had not been to Applebee's in a few years after they removed something I really liked from the menu. When I was scrolling through the list of places that were offering Veteran's day meals I saw Applebee's was offering a free meal and gift card to use on a future visit. I went later in the afternoon and the kid working the hostess stand tried to seat me in the bar at a high top. I told him I could not comfortably sit at a high top. For some reason, he found that irritating and told me he could seat me at a regular table but I would have to wait longer for a server. When he said I would have to wait, he was not kidding. After I was seated a couple was seated across the aisle next to me, they were not given any attitude for wanting a table by the kid at the door. Not long after they arrived a server came out and took their drink order, but did not acknowledge I was there. Including myself, there were 3 tables occupied but the server was only attending to the other 2. About 20 minutes after I was seated a server came to my table reeking of cigarette smoke. She told me she had just gotten to work and was surprised someone was already seated in her section. Why would you seat someone in a section that does not have a server when there was a server for the tables next to it? While I sat there I watched as other servers gave the $5 gift cards out but after I left I realized I was not given one. Guess that is a sign that I do not need to return. Fries tasted terrible, not sure if they are using old oil or reserving fries but they tasted old. Took a while to get taste out of my mouth. Burger was ok but I was nervous to finish it after bad taste from fries. Kids pizza looked like frozen microwaved pizza that the cheese was barely melted. Wife ordered a drink because no coke and it honestly took over 10 minutes to get it. Not offered water or anything in mean time. Recurved our app and had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come by the table so we could ask for plates. We'll they were dropped off as she passed by. Same with the ketchup and mustard for my burger. Heed the warning. My family and I wanted to try this new restaurant because we never had the chance to, so we decided to come here at around 9:15 PM. Upon arriving, the restaurant was about 45% packed. There were many people at the bar due to the margaritas being $1.00 for the month of October. After five minutes of standing there, we were finally greeted. I should have known the signs since the very beginning. Once seated, we placed our drinks of four waters and a virgin pina colada. Our waters came out but it took over 15 minutes for the pina colada. While we waited for the drink, the manager and bartenders were busy making other people's drinks EVEN after we told the server twice about the missing pina colada. We placed our order with three 2 for $20 deals and being a vegetarian, I ordered the three cheese pasta with the chicken on the side (for my siblings because they consume meat). After receiving our appetizers (mind you, it has been about 30-45 minutes since it was placed) we were not given any silverware, napkins, or plates. My family ordered the boneless wings app and it was hard and sauce was just thrown on the wings. It was not marinated or such and quite unappealing. About 10 to 15 minutes later, we received our entrees. Immediately, I noticed that my chicken was not on the side and instead on my pasta. Never have I ever been so upset. It was just the fact that it could have easily been set to the side is what irks me. Overall, service is extremely SLOW, management is horrible, and the food was not so great because the chicken was hard and it seemed like they just took a bunch of leftovers and gave it to us. In the end, the manager offered us a $10 discount and removed the pina colada. However, that did not amount to the trouble we went through. In my short time living in this area (1year) this place has been a joke! Tonight I sat at the bar to get a drink omw home. Only a total of 5 people were at the bar. I was completely ignored as the bartender walked back and forth, stopping in front of me several times! After the third such incident, I asked "Can I order a drink!?" She acted like she didnt see me until then by playing it off saying "Oh".....then proceeded to go to the back for a few minutes before making my drink. Everytime I/we come here its something new. This is why I try to avoid this place unless its the last resort. Unfortunately it's strategically placed within really close proximity to my house otherwise I'd never come here, even sometimes. We went out for my birthday and chose Applebee's and Loganville. I ordered the Bourbon Street sizzler and it was the worst state of ever ate in my life. Not only did they get my order wrong we also ordered margaritas and every margarita tasted different. There was nothing consistent about this meal. This was my second visit before I decided to take time and write a review. What happened to Applebee's? Back in the day it was an awesome place to eat and hang out. I don't think I'm alone on this comment but places today are short changing the customers. The dining experience is no longer a enjoyment. We left a very generous tip because I understand what it's like to work for restaurants. But even the service was only a one star. This was our last visit to this Applebees. The restaurant was empty but it still took ten minutes for our server to come to the table. She asked our drink orders- kids got the rainbow lemonade- it came out with no candy in it like the advertisement showed on the menu. My other son ordered an Oreo shake. We waited 20 minutes on it then she says their blender isn't working. My husband and I ordered a michelob ultra on draft. The waitress didn't know what that was. I told her it was literally the second beer they show on draft so she says "oh ultra." Our beers didn't arrive for 30 minutes. Our food was another thirty and she screwed up my order after I repeated twice what I wanted- salad instead of fries. She had charged for for an extra salad entree too- only bringing the salad right before the bill. Don't go here. There's a reason why nobody else does. This location needs to be shut down. read more

This location is the worst! We ordered food online to pick up curb side and paid right at 100.00 plus generous tip only to get home missing half of our food! We called the restaurant and spoke with manager on duty only to be told to drive back up there to get what was missing !once we told her that we weren't driving all the way back and we wanted to a refund on missing items she than began to be rude, refused to go over the receipt with us to give us a total of missing items to be refunded and only said she'd do it later and it would take a few days!
