When the main course arrives and you've taken your first two bites you realize...the culinary professionals have absolutely captured the tastefulness of the Pacific Northwests cuisine. Your tastebuds dance with joy as wonder burst of flavors erupt on palate. You once again turn your attention to your wife as she explains "This is exactly what I needed." The hostess returns to your table and asks "How is everything tasting tonight." You explain to her that "words cannot explain how wonderful it all is." The hostess light and delightful conversation almost makes it feel like you're her only responsibility for the night, even though the restaurant is bustling with energy and wonderfully light music.
