I have been to the taco stand in wynwood. When I was in the Sawgrass mall I knew that I had to try this location. I went for the fish tacos. Delicious and fresh. Not too greasy. Everything came out quick . A great spot with friends or family. Casual vibes . Decent prices. Solid tacos and burritos . Highly recommend .

Little restaurant/take out taco place. Has a few tables. We had an elote which was not very good. Corn itself was overcooked and mushy, the cheese sauce and seasonings on it just overpoweringly gooey but not very tasty. Had a guac and chips which were pretty good. Seemed like homemade chips and very freshly made chunky guac, although again, not overly flavorful. The chicken burritos we had were pretty massive and overstuffed. Filling for sure, but just not anything particularly great. Definitely will not be back.

The grilled chicken taco with guacamole was soooo flavorful. Added a mild and spicy sauce from the bar. Watched the chef grill up and cut fresh chicken and beef right in front of me as I ate at the counter bar. A great visual of the rotating lamb rotisserie with dripping juices. Will get this on my next visit. Gender assigned bathrooms that needed immediate attention. Stood in a large pond of urine and noticed the toilet making gurgling sounds with bubbles so left asap.

When I heard about this location opening up in sunrise I was looking forward to comparing it to the wynwood location... it didn't disappoint. Got the churros, carne asada, and the pastor from their secret menu... everything was delicious. Considering the line and the amount of ppl when we arrived.. we were surved relatively quickly. Glad I now have a location much closer to home.

My husband and I decided to check out this newly opened location, and overall we had a great experience. The wait time was much shorter compared to the San Diego location, which was definitely a plus. The food was fresh, flavorful, and honestly delicious all around. Everything tasted well-prepared and worth the visit. My only disappointment was that we went on Cinco de Mayo, which also happened to fall on a Tuesday, and there were no Taco Tuesday or Cinco de Mayo specials offered. That really felt like a missed opportunity for such a festive occasion. Still, the food and service made for an enjoyable visit, and we'd definitely come back.

Parking at the Sawgrass Mills Mall continues to be a challenge, especially near the theater/restaurant area. And that's right where The Taco Stand is located. It's a very busy, somewhat small eatery that seats a tad over 30. They specialize in tacos and burritos. The tacos are on small tortillas and average about $5 each. The burritos are heftier and cost about $10 each. We were hungry and ordered two burritos, a pescado (fish) and al pastor (pork with cilantro and pineapple minus the onion); a beverage; and an order of churros (you get 3 small pieces). My hubby loved both burritos and certainly loved the sugary churros accompanied by a tad amount of condensed milk for dipping. While I did like it, I thought the pork was a tad dry and salty and found myself hunting for the pineapple. I absolutely loved the fish. It was fresh, not breaded, and succulent. Lunch for two was about $30.

I stopped by the Taco Stand at Sawgrass Mills Mall location on Saturday. There was no wait to order but inside was packed with ppl there already eating. I ordered the chicken taco and the shrimp taco, and both were fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The chicken was juicy, and the shrimp was cooked perfectly with great seasoning. The service was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. If you're looking for a quick, tasty meal while shopping at Sawgrass Mills, this place is definitely worth a visit!

My favorite taco spot in Wynwood has opened in Sawgrass Mall! It was already busy when I arrived on a Wednesday night. It can take a bit longer to get your food but that's because everything is made to order. Its always worth the wait though. I ordered the Mar y Tierra fries and burrito and they were exactly what I was expecting. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the steak was juicy and tender. I also ordered the Baja Tacos and it was such a good fried fish taco. I highly recommend anyone that hasn't tried the Miami spot to come visit this one.

Hidden gem in the sawgrass mills mall and the tacos from the Taco Stand are the best tacos I had in a very long time! The food was delicious the tacos al pastor were so juicy and so fresh ! I also tried the carne asada tacos and I can't wait to go back for more ! Super nice and friendly staff , will definitely be back again when shopping at the mall ' glad that it had sitting inside . On a summer day , it's just the right place for lunch and for a pit stop .

I love hand made tortillas. They press them right here. This late night spot is so fun. They offer beer and great tacos. Service is pretty fast even though the line can be long.

Super excited Taco Stand is now in Sawgrass. We no longer have to drive to the Miami location. Everything is so fresh! The fish tacos are amazing. The Mar y Tierra fries is my favorite, the sauce on top is creamy and delicious. Can't wait to go back on my next shopping trip.

Waited 5 minutes at the register when two workers were standing there talking....nobody greeted us at all. A third worker came out and still nothing. When she finally decided to walk up to take our order she was not very friendly like we were bothering her that we were there. We waited 20 minutes before we went to go see where our very small order was since the other two people behind us got their food already. Apparently it was never made and they don't know what happened. (At this time there was only one other person waiting for food in front of us) Not sure how you lose an order when the whole place is empty or how you're that unobservant that you don't notice the only couple customers in the whole place haven't gotten their food yet. Luckily you grab your own beer at the front or we would've never received that either. We asked for a refund and left. We won't be back.

my favorite tacos have finally come to broward. The taco stand makes my favorite tacos they're very flavorful and decently priced. when I came today, we had great service. The line moved very quickly and our cashier Camila answered all the questions that we had about the menu she was very sweet. It's in the outside food area of Sawgrass mall so great for when you're done shopping.

Very slow, the 4 people behind us got their order before my two person order. The food is good but the service is terrible. That's all.

Newly opened. The food was so good! I'm glad this spot opened in Broward because I used to love the spot in Wynwood.

This spot is bright, clean with a simple color palette decor. They have ample indoor seating. Service was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I ordered a taco salad with chicken in a taco shell for take-out. Fillings/toppings I added to my salad: seasoned rice, lettuce, pinto beans, grilled onions, pico de gallo, corn salad and cheese with a side of salsa verde. I quite enjoyed it, it was tasty, fresh, flavorful and hearty. Definitely going back to try their nachos, quesadillas and burritos.

When I got inside, there was nobody absolutely no one but the server/cashier. I wanted to order tacos but for one taco it was $5.30. I thought that was a bit ridiculous so I ordered a quesadilla instead which I felt like would be more fulfilling which was about 11 bucks plus my drink of soda everything came out to $15. Place was clean, the food was good and the sauces were flavorful. I'm not sure if I'll come back here for the tacos cause I feel like they were a bit overpriced usually for one taco is like two dollars and some change, but everybody is different. Not much people coming by, but I did see two to go orders.

Chilangos Mexican Grill definitely needs to be added to the list of phenomenal hole-in-the-wall…read morerestaurants!!! Even if you know the address, you may drive right past it. The restaurant is buried in a line of other businesses door-to-door from each other, and hidden behind shrubbery. Once you find it, you will know it. There are husband and bride skeletons on the floor in the window by the door. Once inside, we were greeted, and asked if our order was pickup. It was to go. The wonderful and very busy woman at the counter, offered the menu, but we already had one. She was busy not just taking orders, taking payments, and getting deliveries out the door, but mixing drinks, and taking care of tables! She was a one woman army! Outside looks small, and so does the inside. But the layout is done in such an effective way that it there is counter seating, and more than enough tables to host a small event. It is like a small living room that is still large enough to throw a decent party! The décor is authentically Mexican with Mexican pottery, glassware, imagery, decorations, etc. Regarding the food, it is as authentic as the décor. Chilangos Mexican Grill is not Taco Bell or Pollo Tropical! The food is made from the heart and soul not from a corporate cookbook. So if you are a fan of Mexican food, or want to try it, visit Chilangos Mexican Grill. You may have trouble finding it, but once you do, the trouble will be MORE THAN worth it!!!
