Sometimes one visit isn't enough to get the full picture, and this is one of those places I'd like to revisit before making a final judgment. The problem is the meat. The meat is just average. If they upgraded the meat, this might be the best burrito in Arizona. That's how good the tortilla is. But because the meat doesn't match the tortilla, it ends up being just a really solid burrito instead of an amazing one. I haven't tried anything else on the menu, so I can't speak on the rest of the food. But if we're talking burritos... Best tortilla I've had. Average meat. The quality really stands out--especially the homemade tortillas, which take everything to the next level. The al pastor and carne asada are both incredible, packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. There's also a great variety of options on the menu, so there's something for everyone. Service is consistently quick, even when it's busy, which makes it a great spot whether you're grabbing a quick meal or sitting down to enjoy your food. If you're looking for authentic-style tacos with great flavor, fresh ingredients, fast service, and awesome specials, Tacos Tijuana is a must-visit. Easily one of my top spots in the area!
