We decided to give this establishment another chance today. As we were waiting in line in drive…read morethru to order, 4 young boys started getting out of their car & taking pictures of an older man and harassing him. The man was in his car behind them & in front of us. So, he could not leave. He was just waiting to place his order patiently & those kids started to provoke him. Then Gin, the owner's son came out to take this man's order & the man asked for Gin's help & sadly Gin could not be bothered. He did not care at all about the comfort or safety of an old man who is a regular in his drive thru establishment & it sounded like the man knew Gin but Gin was as cold as ice to him & told the man he did not care about the harassment & wasn't going to do anything to help this man, he has a store to run & does not care. Gin is the fat Asian man you see there a lot in case anyone wants to know. This is despicable behavior. We will NEVER go back & we hope they go out of business. Gin, how dare you treat customers that way. No wonder why we see other negative reviews on here, from the sounds of things you are rude to lots of people.

I ordered the Beef Dip Supreme sandwich with potato salad, which was a good choice; you can get fries anywhere. The waitress said the potato salad was made in-house, and it was definitely fresh and tasty. The sandwich was also very good and was just as described. It comes with shredded beef verses the standard sliced roast beef or prime rib. Many of the sandwiches on the menu came with a chipotle sauce, which I thought would be a good addition. I asked if I could get a little on the side, but was told they'd have to charge me and since I'd already paid I opted not to get it. Now I wish I had. The sandwich was good, but a little bland. I wish they would have an option to add a creamy horseradish or a little of their chipotle sauce; I think that would put it over the top. I will definitely stop in again.

The establishment is as if a small house was converted into a restaurant, not enough space. I have waited less and paid less for better quality food than this. It's one of those places that nickel and dime you for everything which ticks me when you're already paying a high price for an ala'cart burger. I asked for extra onion yet barely got any but was charged extra. Hubby asked for extra grilled onion which you could slightly see but come on, extra means generous and when you're paying extra please be generous! I asked for extra sauce ( surprised no charge!) but it still wasn't drippy. I will same overall the burger was a tasty burger and the buns were seriously like a fluffy cloud, incredible. The fries were fine, onion rings better. For nearly $40 it was OK but should have been more memorable at that price.

!Warning! You maybe overcharged for dinner prices when you order for lunch…read more It's kind of disappointing because we were happy with the food, but we ended up with surprises in our bill. Specifically we ordered the fajitas which were listed for $13.90 for lunch and when the bill came they changed us $25. We asked if this was correct and they said that we don't do the lunch fajitas on Saturday and also there is a extra $5 for mixing beef and ship. None of this was mentioned to us when we placed the order. We thought we missed this in the menu so we paid, left a good tip and when our way. As I'm writing this review, I double checked the menu photos and there is no note about lunch prices not being valid on the weekend (you can even place an order online for the lunch price). I'm fine if the price is $25 just make it clear in the menu so that there aren't surprises when the bill comes. Another issue is that the toilet in the mens room has no door. Other than that, the food was good overall, papa loca could have a bit more meat in my opinion. Service was good outside of the pricing issue, the atmosphere was pretty relaxed.
