Super friendly women working inside, they quickly took my order and gave me a little electronic card that notified me when my order was ready, so I could wait in my car. I've never seen a food truck with that system, but I sure appreciated it! As a vegetarian it's so had to eat at food trucks so I was so stoked to try their spinach and cheese pupusa! It was sooooo good - fresh made dough, just the right about of texture and thickness without being too much, fresh spinach sautéed down and melted in with such gooey cheese. So much yum! It came with a side of amazing slaw and some great salsa. For under $10! Unbeatable! The trailer is typically on the side of the main road through town, you can't miss the cute yellow trailer!
