I understand there was a lawsuit, and the lifeguards have to take up the whole shady area for emergency purposes. But, you could at least accommodate and provide for us otherwise. It's absolutely ridiculous that I see people who are paying good money for membership having to bring their own chair umbrellas, and I'm having to stuff my lounge chair in between two freaking picnic tables that are occupied. Word of advice, I suggest you remedy this situation as quickly as possible and definitely before it opens next year. I would think anybody in their right mind would've already had this well planned out before the pool opened, but it gets worse every time I come. On the other hand, you may have a lot more lawsuits for people getting sun cancer because you can't provide umbrellas for those of us that require it, to take shade. Horseplay should be done before and after hours, not during public operation. It also gives a bad impression to the little ones, when the older kids act crazy and carelessly in the pool. There are proper times and places for everything!

The men's sauna consistently has one of the burners out, leaving it not as hot. Also the tile in the sauna is turning black from the amount of sweat and filth in there. Staff is very kind and helpful, common areas are very clean. The pools are great and the outdoor spaces during the warmer months are a gift. The classes are always filled up and the gym is pretty crowded. I would like to see them add on to the gym to make more space as more and more people are joining. Fees are going up but I don't see amenities increasing with the price. Overall I love this place and am thankful for the space to unwind and decompress daily.
