I replied, "The promotion said "no code necessary." No response. I emailed again, no response. And again... I finally received a response 5 weeks, 4 emails, and 3 calls later. I was told they are unable to assist and questioned the promotional email I got. I replied with a screenshot of the promotion which clearly stated, "It was a glitch, but we are happy to take 20% off of your next scheduled service."
