Literally the worst place to get a massage. First of all it was 40 degrees in there and even with the table warmer that barely did anything. The massage therapist never offered an additional blanket or anything even though I keep saying how cold it was and I was uncomfortable. The therapist was obviously very new and the massage was very low quality and wonky. I asked her to stop the massage early because it was so bad. The front desk literally did nothing and said nothing even though I said I had a bad experience. Bummed about my experience I had today getting a massage. I've had bad neck pain for two weeks now and really wanted that specific area addressed. I told the front desk and the massage therapist (Thomas) that my neck was what I wanted the focus to be on. My neck where it hurts wasn't even touched. My back and shoulder was the only area lightly done and weird extra things I had never asked for. I explained to the therapist I lift weights and he went on and on about how bad my standing posture is and that's why I'm hurting. He had me hand him my phone so he could take pictures of me the moment I walked in of me standing which I thought felt strange/unnecessary. I don't have perfect posture probably but I know I lift weights and over did some two weeks ago and really needed serious relief. I really just wanted the area addressed that I needed tending to not a lesson in posture. I felt like my voice wasn't heard at all therefore going there today was a big waste of my time and money. Don't go here if you have a specific area you want targeted. I'm going to seek help elsewhere. read more

Unfortunately my father had to go into emergency surgery an hour before our appointment so we were unable to attend the appointment which we conveyed to the person when we called to let them know our situation. They chose to charge both of us for cancellation anyways. I've worked in the wellness industry and I would hope that since we were coming in for the first time there would have been more empathy for our situation and put customer service first. After reading the reviews on yelp, I decided to try this location as it's really close to work for me. They did get me in the same day which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. I do appreciate having that last minute availability when I felt like I really needed a massage. After getting checked in, the Therapist did a small consultation with me where I specifically asked him not to use pressure point therapy or sharp pressure that is held in one place. He agreed and seemed to understand exactly what I was asking. Unfortunately, he did a lot of this on my back. There was a lot of strong pressure just using the tips of his thumbs rather than the full of his hands. I was immediately sore the next morning and it was sharp pinpoint pain. I even had some yellow bruises around my shoulder blades. Needless to say, I will not be going back nor will I be referring anyone at my nearby office to go. read more

This was an excellent experience! The front desk ladies were super friendly upon my arrival and made checking in a snap. I used the $30 off an intro massage and they weren't snobby about that at all. I had Will for my 60 minute massage - he was fantastic! It was a perfect balance between relaxation and working out tense areas. He was very professional and responsive to feed back; I could tell he tailored the massage just for me and what my body needed. I was told by the massage therapist that she could treat my lower back pain and that she had done it for years with athletes and patients that suffer from sciatic pain and disc issues. Despite a bit of a rocky start (I wouldn't give my credit card info over the phone to hold the appointment), this was the best massage I have ever had! The deep tissue is no joke here but a lingering pain I'd had for two weeks is gone. I am still a bit sore two days later but feel like a new woman.
