I was so happy to hear he decided to open his own practice in Cool Springs! I send everyone I know to him because he's that good. Once you experience a massage with Wil, you will absolutely be hooked. The relief of pain and discomfort from constant training and working out is not something easily describable. I'm so grateful and everyone I refer is always praising his services! My work out buds and I love the cupping! He's top level in the cupping world, he used to train others how to do it! You also cannot beat the value, he's worth every penny with all his knowledge and experience and expertise but yet he's still so affordable! His new location is super convenient, easy to navigate and relaxing! You will not regret your experience at Massage by Wil. Photos to come!

There's beautiful snacks, coffee water, mints, BarcaLoungers in the waiting room if you want to bring the hubby and he wants to nap, or vice versa haha- their offices have nicely appointed decor and a very funny 80s style family picture. The levity and integrity abides here. THE MOST comfy massage beds and bedding but who thinks of these things other than them? They are a gift! They also give back to the community- do not hesitate to believe that you'll be healed even quicker here!

Kris is AMAZING! I cannot think of the last time I was as relaxed as I was during that massage. Perfection! Just wish I'd done a 90 minute! It was a very relaxing atmosphere, also professional, and honestly just the best custom massage I have had any too many years to remember! I'm sick of all the chain massage places that I always leave disappointed in the massage I received. Not with Therapeutic Hands Massage! Nope! Totally everything and more than I asked for. I drove to Spring Hill FROM Brentwood for this massage bc someone I trusted recommended Therapeutic Hands and Kris to me. I will definitely be going back asap, and driving from Brentwood to Spring Hill to get this massage. It's worth the drive for me to get such a fantastic massage! I will also be sure to get a 90 minute one this time too! 5

Mandy at Therapeutic Hands Massage, LLC in Spring Hill is one of the best we have ever seen. Our…read morefamily has been seeing her for massage therapy for almost five years. I have autoimmune issues so try to get massage therapy semi-regularly for chronic pain relief. She is also a Certified Lymphatic Therapist and her sessions always relieve my inflammation and improve immune function. She recently added Cranial Fascial Therapy to her practice, which focuses on releasing tension in the fascia and nervous system. I had a couple of sessions in January and wow, my head felt ten pounds lighter afterwards because it released so much tension from my neck, shoulders, and lower back. It may sound strange but it also helped improve my concentration and focus. Last week I had seven straight days of lower back pain from a muscle spasm and could barely walk. I finally got myself in to see Mandy for the fascia work which is gentle, not aggressive but breaks up scar tissue and tension. I left my appointment yesterday with almost no pain and today it is so much better! Highly recommend for all three services!

The space is so clean and intimate you feel like she is there just for you. I have never had a more comfortable bed, hers was Tempur-pedic and heated so I didn't get cold and uncomfortable like I usually do at other places. Dorothy is super talented and knowledgeable, she is my new go to gal. Cannot wait for my next visit!!! I drive an hour and a half to come and see her, it's that worth it!

The couple who owns the massage studio always provide great service and consistent pressure throughout the massage. They easily tailor the amount of pressure and will focus on certain pain points as needed. I always ask for a lot of pressure with a deep-tissue massage to work out all my knots. I am so happy to be free of knots when I leave here! Their location is like a hidden gem in Cool Springs. They are in the small strip mall on the north side of Costco, between Seaboard Lane and Moores Lane. Essentially, if you're coming from Mallory Lane onto Seaboard, you would turn right into their retail space versus turning left at Costco. They provide table massage, foot massage, and chair massages. Check their website for other services though. Their prices are more than competitive, and actually a few bucks less than other area massage salons as they build their clientele. Top Foot Massage has only been open for a few months, so take advantage of their availability if you prefer to walk-in without an appointment. I highly recommend coming to Top Foot. They provide great, consistent service, and I hope you will leave feeling as relaxed, refreshed, and knot-free as I do!
