They will not allow you to stop the subscription to catch up. I had some extenuating life circumstances and could not get there and so now I get to lose hundreds of dollars which may now be over a thousand for nothing. Just billed to my credit card each month. I feel sorry for the front desk staff, Ive heard them get an earful from upset customers while standing in the lobby. I'll never recommend anyone get the monthly membership, you may save a few dollars on the front end, but you definitely lose big time on the back end, if life happens.

I went to pay with a gift card and she told me me to have a seat as it was going to take her quite awhile to use the gift card. Literally would never ever go back.
