The massage therapist never offered an additional blanket or anything even though I keep saying how cold it was and I was uncomfortable. The therapist was obviously very new and the massage was very low quality and wonky. I asked her to stop the massage early because it was so bad. The front desk literally did nothing and said nothing even though I said I had a bad experience. I went to pay with a gift card and she told me me to have a seat as it was going to take her quite awhile to use the gift card. Literally would never ever go back.

But between making customers pay upfront, delays in getting started, cutting the session short, and the unwanted insect visitor, I cannot recommend this place.
