He has a good intuition of what might be ailing you, and approaches the sore spots with attention and finesse. He's one of the few masseuses who is happy to talk shop regarding things such as tight piriformis and QL muscles. If you're at all an endurance athlete, runner, or yogi, such as me, I cannot recommend Dale enough. He works out the IT band, the hammies the soleus muscles in your cavles, and will really open up the hips. I haven't felt so limber after seeing him since I was maybe 16! I can't say that this is a full-on spa environment, as you enter through a serious gym, but Dale's space in the back is warm, relaxing (think lavender oils), and inviting, due to Dale's open persona. Really can't get better than this if you're looking for a targeted massage that still covers the head-to-toes experience.
