I have also had an amazing experience there. I have seen a few different massage therapists and all have been excellent. I am currently going to Melissa - she does a wonderful job and checks in throughout the session about pressure, comfort, and reminds to relax and breathe. I also appreciate that they have parking available. I did the 45 min. Vedic Head Massage with Austin and it was amazing! They focus on your scalp, face/jaw, neck, shoulders, briefly the arms/hands. When you walk in there is a little spot to check in and then you walk into a larger room where everyone is receiving their massages. Usually you want to make sure that you call ahead and book an appointment in advance in order to secure your spot. Something to note is that I did notice that on their sign they crossed out the part where it says "walk-ins accepted." I asked for just a 30 minute reflexology massage. They noticed that I was pregnant and made sure that I was super comfortable and had everything I needed. They were able to sit the chair up so that I wasn't laying flat and provided me with extra pillows. This was super nice and made my experience way more enjoyable. The massage was fantastic and when it was over I was asked if I wanted to add extra time and I really wish I could have said yes but had to say no due to my limited timing. I will definitely be back soon! There is street parking available, as it's a downtown location. My husband was able to just drop me off at the door though! I was greeted promptly, directed to the very nice bathroom/changing room that has a fluffy robe and shoes (I just wore my own slippers I brought). Lots of things in there for you to freshen up with after your massage, including showers! I was offered a drink and ordered some tea and was led to a beautifully serene waiting room. This is where I filled out my paperwork. There also were a few snacks offered! Michelle was amazing from start to finish. I appreciate they ask before if you want quiet or conversation, so it's not awkward if you just want silence! She was so incredible - I left being able to move my neck and a month later have no pain still! Worth every penny.

Her office is a bit tricky to find, as it is on the second floor of the white bridge plaza office building, but once inside it is very cozy. I am also picky about comfort and found her table nice and soft with thick blankets. There is nothing worse than being barely covered and freezing or worse --being exposed during a massage!
