They have a small parking lot, but I've never had trouble finding a spot. The facility is always clean, comfortable, and quiet, which makes for a relaxing experience. When I've gone during pregnancy, they've been great about making sure I'm comfortable and adjusting pressure as needed. The biggest positive is the consistency. I've had great experiences with everything from the 30-minute to the 90-minute massages. I'm taking off one star because of the tipping experience. My husband had an uncomfortable experience where he felt pressured to leave a larger tip after paying by credit card, and it was enough that he doesn't want to return. Since then, I always bring cash so I can avoid that situation. Personally, I don't feel this is the type of establishment where tipping should be demanded, especially given the pricing and the fact that I've rarely had the same massage therapist twice. I usually leave around a 10% tip, but even then I've sometimes felt like it wasn't well received. I wish management would address this with their staff because it takes away from an otherwise consistently great experience. If there were a comparable alternative nearby, I'd probably choose it because of this issue.

There is street parking available, as it's a downtown location. My husband was able to just drop me off at the door though! I was greeted promptly, directed to the very nice bathroom/changing room that has a fluffy robe and shoes (I just wore my own slippers I brought). Lots of things in there for you to freshen up with after your massage, including showers! I was offered a drink and ordered some tea and was led to a beautifully serene waiting room. This is where I filled out my paperwork. There also were a few snacks offered! Michelle was amazing from start to finish. I appreciate they ask before if you want quiet or conversation, so it's not awkward if you just want silence!
