Easy to schedule, beautiful facilities, the waiting room has a large massage chair/recliner and a foot massager while you wait for your therapist. Mishell gave one of the best massages I have ever had. It is so difficult to find someone who can do firm/deep tissue/pressure points, but she did for the entire 60 mins. Love the ease of scheduling online and the easy text confirmation system. This location in particular really impressed me with the extras and superb customer service. They actually aim to please the customer and give them exactly what they are looking for. On Saturday April 29th, I had an hour long appointment that started at noon. Granted, it was a gift voucher but I was only given a 40 minute massage which ended at 12:51. Although I personally didn't pay for it, the person who gifted it to me would be very upset. Additionally, while leaving after my massage was cut short, I walked out the exit which makes you walk past the front desk. As I walked past the "welcome" desk I said "thank you ladies" to which I was met with silence and zero acknowledgment. I was purposefully ignored. I would understand if they didn't hear me but I made sure they did. Quite frankly it was the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience I've had at a "business." One would think that Massage Envy is a place people can go to relax and refresh with an overall positive experience.. That simply isn't the case. The two working the front desk were a mid-age woman with black hair who had her Pitbull present and another blonde woman with two bottom lip piercings. read more

Yesterday. I was diagnosed with bronchitis. I have a severe cough and felt I should contact Massage Envy. Even though my appointment is 11 hour's from now that said I would still be charged since it's not a 24 hour notice. I know they need to make their money but I would rather protect my workers. The guy on the phone was really rude as well. I've only canceled one time before and that was last year when I got Covid. There was not an issue back then and they were very friendly about it. read more

I am so disappointed with this location. I have been a member for over 5 years and it has gone DOWN HILL since it was sold to a new owner. The biggest issue is that they will NOT let you speak to the location. I recently tried to make an appointment to use some of my MANY built up massages, I think I have 8 or 9 and trying to deal with someone in another country is very difficult when you are trying to schedule multiple services to coincide with each other. When I asked to speak to the office for ease, they said "why do you want to speak to them? and then said they are not available" I moved over an hour away so getting my "monthly massages" has been difficult but I can not cancel because then I can't use what I have accrued. I can "freeze" my account with use for $20.00 per month or $10.00 and not be able to use them. I am trying to get this done as soon as possible and get out of this contract. They aren't cheaper than regular massages anymore and it is so disappointing as this used to be a great place. SHAME ON YOU MASSAGE ENVY FOR ALLOWING THIS. read more

Let me start by saying the massage therapist at ME was AMAZING! My problem is with how these are managed. I should be able to cancel whenever I choose for whatever reason I want. That is not how it works. You must request a cancellation in writing so I did. A few weeks later I call and check on the request and I'm told it is "in process." I never receive a call from a manager or even and email. I call another couple of weeks later to cancel my last appointment as my mother is in the hospital newly diagnosed with cancer and I can't make the appointment. During this call I am told my cancellation request has been approved. A couple of months later, I discover I am still being charged a monthly membership fee. I call yet again ask and am told I will be contacted by the manager. A few days later I receive an email with paperwork for the cancellation that I should have been sent back when I first initiated my request. This is atrocious customer service. Does the manager even work because to me it seems like they do not. I would stay far away from this business model in general. Again, I love my therapist and a certainly hope they are treated better as employees than the customers are. read more

My wife and I both have the monthly automatic charge. I had trouble scheduling every month and ended up accruing 4 hours. I asked for it to be placed on hold until I caught up. They told me they could freeze it but that I would not be able to use what I had already paid for. What? I already paid for it. You have my money, but I don't get the sessions. They then told me that I could freeze it and pay $20 a month and then be able to use what I had already paid for. Well thanks. My advice don't buy the package. They try to lock you in, and you can't get out without a charge. Instead of freezing for a while, I am now going to use them up as fast as I can and cancel. read more

I've had great massages over the years and what I experienced here was horrible. My wife made an appointment for me as a Valentine's Day gift. I arrive about 12 minutes early so I could fill out any paperwork and get the sales pitch. The staff says they will get to me in a minute. 20 minutes later or so they finally get to me, after they helped someone who came into the location after I arrived. I'm pretty patient but I must admit my patience was wearing thin at this point. They take me back and have me wait for my therapist. I meet her and she wreaked of cigarette smoke, bad. She is friendly though and she takes me back to the room and we talk about what I would like to have focused on. I explain two specific areas that I carry most of my stress. She gets started and everything seems fine. I'm face down so I can't smell the cigarette breath. Well she finishes all of the stuff on my back and has me roll over. Why didn't she focus on the areas that I needed the most help in and enjoy the most? I figured she would get to it later. I'm on my back and all of a sudden the room feels like its about to cave in from a horrible banging sound. Oh and now I can smell the cigarette breath real strong. The banging goes on for what seemed like the rest of the session. This place is neighbors with a Little Caesar's Pizza and I swear it sounds like they are throwing boulders over there, not pizzas. My therapist finishes up and there is still 10 minutes left on the clock. I don't understand. When I get up front I ask about it. I'm told that my 90 minutes includes 5 minutes on each side to change. Ok, so that is 80 minutes but I only got 70 minutes on the table. What gives? My wife called and got me a free session with a better therapist. Well the good therapist's schedule didn't line up with mine until several weeks later. I had something pop up and needed to move my schedule. I get an appointment for a few days later. Someone calls me to confirm and by this time I'm thinking of just going somewhere else as this place is out of the way. I try to explain and before I utter two syllables I'm cut off by the rude woman on the phone and told to call back when I figure it out. I'm done with this place. read more

I had asked for my membership to be canceled almost a year ago because with three kids I was never able to go. 6 months later I found out I was still being charged. I spoke to the owner today about it and she was extremely kind and understanding. She conveyed how she understands my frustration and immediately offered to refund my payments or issue gift cards. I found her to be warm, personable and just great with customer service which is rare these days. If I need a massage in the future (and have time) I will go here! read more

I had Scheduled to 90 minute massage sessions in advance for my best friend that was coming in town for the weekend and an hour before my appointment they decided to tell me the masseuse came down with the sickness halfway into the day. I've gotten a few massages here--2 of which were from the same therapist. The first time she did a fantastic job and the 2nd was just okay. She didn't focus on the areas that I'd asked for long enough. The other therapist I had here TALKED MY EAR off!! She even stopped once to emphasize with her hands how I was holding my baby incorrectly! There's nothing less relaxing! I kept getting these coupons from them for $39 discounted massages which was great. However, this last time I tried to make an appointment they said I couldn't use them anymore! This was the worst massage I have ever had in my life!!! The girl did not pay attention to what I asked, she did not complete the movments when working my muscle (she only worked half way along the muscle which anyone can tell you doesn't do anything). She did "Try" to work on my back, but for a "FULL" body massage she just rubbed some drops of oil on my arms and legs.........nothing you can call a massage. The girl was also constantly busy figuring out how to wrap me with all the sheets so my body will be fully protected so that the actual time she spent for the "one hour massage" was 40 minutes. Last and most disturbing was the fact that while my wife was waiting for me outside, the girl in the front desk was extremely busy trying to sell her a yearly subscription with a "discounted" price per massage.......of course quality does not matter......it's all about the price. When i came out the front girls asked me how it was and I told them everything that I have written here......their response was "sorry" and some lame excuses. Came in in extreme pain. Sarai was amazing. I can't express how thankful I am to have had her as my therapist today. I came in with extreme hip pain and I couldn't sleep so I made an appointment online at 3 a.m. which was super easy. I added the massage gun to my massage for 60 minutes. It really made a difference. What a pathetic excuse for a massage parlor. You don't actually get a full hour massage. You just get an hour session. So if your appointment is 630 and you go back to change to get started all that time is part of your hour. They are also one of the kinds of business models of the current era that believes they are always right and the customer is wrong. Never do business with this place. read more

I was given a gift card to this location for one standard 60 minute massage. The staff were quite friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and appealing. My masseuse was named Theresa. She was pleasant and did a wonderful job on the massage itself, however, half way through the massage she called me by the wrong name and it was awkward. Secondly, this business is neighbor to an ice cream shop. It just so happens my room was directly beside the shop and I had the joy of listening to blenders for the entire duration of the treatment. Bummer. Not so relaxing, but an enjoyable massage for the fact that it was not at my expense. I would not schedule a future appointment there. read more

I'm not sure why this massage envy has gotten such low reviews. I have been coming here monthly for 10 months and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. They are always extremely accommodating with appointment times and the facility is nice (clean, nice atmosphere, etc). The masseuse I regularly visit (Allison) is very talented and also very nice. I have recommended her to others and they agree that she is one of the best masseuses they have ever visited. I have recommended this location and I will continue to do so. read more

I absolutely love this Massage Envy location. The office staff is especially sweet and friendly, both in person and on the phone. I began here a few months ago on the introductory price and decided to join up the next month. I work in a spa, but because of our busy schedules it is so hard to find time to trade out with our massage therapists. Massage Envy makes it affordable AND they have great LMT's that know what they are doing. They have flexible hours and are open 7 days a week which is great for people, like me, that work crazy hours! I have seen a few different therapists (depending on what days I go), all of which have been amazing! I would highly recommend Chris, Angel, Brandon and Holly. Something I noticed about each of them is that you can tell that they genuinely love what they do. They are so knowledgeable about the muscles and things you can do in between sessions to help limit the amount of pain and muscle tension you will have. Becoming a member here was such a great decision and I definitely plan to renew my membership! read more

By far the most lackluster massage I have ever received. Also, when I told the therapist about the one area on my back that was especially tight she told me she couldn't focus on that area because it had nerve damage. My therapist was very affable and professional, but the massage itself was very ineffective. I would recommend Relax Massage across the street, or even a chair massage at the mall over this place. read more
