I received a queen bee package for Mother's Day for an hour massage and an hour facial. I've really been wanting to try this place as a local stop to unwind. The waiting area was cute, super inviting. I saw Derrick for the massage and it was good. Not the best but it was decent. I also had a facial (I can't remember her name) and it was okay, just a lot of soapy cleansing for an hour. All around I liked the place and it was relaxing but services could have used some improvement for the price. Side note: I know this is for something, but the "glory hole" in the wall was something I just couldn't stop laughing about! Maybe needs to be thought out a little better in a massage room! read more

Recently I visited Salted Peace for the first time. I started feeling congested and remembered hearing friends tell me how helpful salt rooms like this are. I went on their website, scheduled an appt for the next day, and anticipated what my session would be like. I read online how to be prepared for my salt session and upon entering felt like I was at a fun little place at the beach! I was taken back to the Salt therapy room and ushered to a zero gravity chair towards the front of the room. I reclined in my chair as the salt air began to pour out in the room. I was thrilled to be the only person in there, as I'd seen pictures online of other salt places where multiple people were in the room. Of course I understood that you could book the room for a group if desired. It was ideal to be alone, relaxing and inhaling the salt air for an hour. They even offered me a nice, thick comfy sherpa blanket. I think I even fell asleep to the peaceful sounds of waves crashing on the beach! Sadly, I have to admit I initially wondered if this was some sort of sham. I am happy to report, I drank quite a bit of water before entering the room, and another generous glass of water afterwards. Honestly, my sore throat from drainage and congestion I'd walked in with dissipated as the afternoon went on. I was so glad I took the time to make that appointment. This place is lovely and they have a professional beachy themed operation with a kind staff and clean facility. I've badly missed the ocean air and Korean spas on the west coast, and while there is no soak they have plenty of the best part -- SALT. Tennessee allergies and mystery health conditions have been plaguing me, and I sincerely feel so much better after a session. It's worth it! High recommend. read more

Rose is one of the owners and is the rudest person you will ever encounter. save your peace and money and go to another spa. Extremely disappointed... I booked a 90 minute massage and a facial. Both services lacked not only in skill and quality but in basic service standards. Massage did not even touch the lower back, top of back legs, arms at all and what was said to be a scalp massage was just time spent running hands through my hair. Half the time I felt I had to move to see if she was awake to keep moving. The aesthetician did not go over my service ahead of time or look at my skin to make recommendations... nor did she offer to do extractions which are $5 more apparently but as this was my 1st time, which I told all providers, I didn't know that. The point of a facial is to get extractions done to clean the skin and reduce pore size. Never was offered or when I asked it was apparently too late and I should ask next time. No water was offered after either service or at the end. When telling check out, I was told "well next time you book ask for this person who is stronger and tell the aesthetician to upgrade you" ... what?! No offer of compensation or apology nor care that they are asking me to pay for this and book again to try and get what I was supposed to in the 1st place. I have been in the service industry for decades and oversaw many Spas and salons ... this was more than disappointing and their lack of concern in this economy makes me upset anyone would spend their hard earned money on this place read more

Wow! A little gem in Spring Hill-- salt cave, infrared sauna, massage... I had the works here, & it was greatly needed & very relaxing! I loved the beachy decor-- perfect for wintertime in Nashville. Some of the other touches that I loved were the big fluffy blanket for the salt cave, my massage therapist who was AMAZING & the different light colors you can pick! The only critique I would make is there was a Pine-sole scent in some of the rooms that distracted me-- just because I'm chemically sensitive. Otherwise, perfection! read more

Super cute day spa with a variety of services to pamper yourself with. I had a 120min massage on the vibrational frequency table. My massage therapist Derek was an absolute pro at getting out the tension in my body. I really enjoy deep tissue and his firmness was just right for me.
