The actual sauna was nice. I couldn't shut the door to the room when I exited to get more water...as there was a weird latch that could only be done from the inside. We are not local - but if we were - we would not be repeaters. *edited initially to reply to the owner - that we did not get a free sauna...verified - but the owner said she followed up and refunded us due to the wait. I understand there was a lawsuit, and the lifeguards have to take up the whole shady area for emergency purposes. But, you could at least accommodate and provide for us otherwise. It's absolutely ridiculous that I see people who are paying good money for membership having to bring their own chair umbrellas, and I'm having to stuff my lounge chair in between two freaking picnic tables that are occupied. Word of advice, I suggest you remedy this situation as quickly as possible and definitely before it opens next year. I would think anybody in their right mind would've already had this well planned out before the pool opened, but it gets worse every time I come. On the other hand, you may have a lot more lawsuits for people getting sun cancer because you can't provide umbrellas for those of us that require it, to take shade. Horseplay should be done before and after hours, not during public operation. It also gives a bad impression to the little ones, when the older kids act crazy and carelessly in the pool. I do feel like they haven't updated the gym much since they opened. Most of the original machines are there and beginning to show wear and tear. The men's sauna consistently has one of the burners out, leaving it not as hot. Also the tile in the sauna is turning black from the amount of sweat and filth in there. Staff is very kind and helpful, common areas are very clean. The pools are great and the outdoor spaces during the warmer months are a gift. The classes are always filled up and the gym is pretty crowded. I would like to see them add on to the gym to make more space as more and more people are joining. Fees are going up but I don't see amenities increasing with the price. Overall I love this place and am thankful for the space to unwind and decompress daily.

I wish it lasted longer. My masseuse was Audura and she was very kind and did an absolute amazing job. The whole experience as soon as I walked in the door was amazing and so relaxing. Appreciated her technique and for making my last night in town a pleasant one. Beyond that, the atmosphere is very relaxing, the restrooms are clean and well appointed, and the complimentary mimosa before and after my massage were the cherry on top. It was so interesting to hear about the different health benefits from the saunas and workouts that they offered. I got set up in my cycling sauna and was told that it was a 15 minute class. (Shorter than most workouts they have) It was perfect! I love saunas in general and love sweating. But the combined workout felt great! I don't do cycling very often...or at all. He did not listen one iota, he kept talking about why I would save SO much money on buying g one from them, also I better make a $350 reservation fee because they where flying of the shelves! Well... we were not impressed with the obvious lack of product knowledge and decided to try Hot Springs. I was not impressed walking up or in to the store, it's fairly small and they only had maybe 6-7 ones on display. But then we were created by their sales representative Randall Long. Very quickly it was clear that he knew what he was talking about. He could answer all my questions and when I said I wanted a salt water spa he was super informed about that as well. (Other place said that was just a terrible solution) We have now our new spa installed, it is beautiful and it works wonders as well as deliver fun. I am so happy we decided to come to this place!
