One newbie to industry used higher pressure (among other missteps) after which I had a "colonoscopy prep" experience. I was surprised by how very gentle the process was under Jillian's care. Pleasant, even? (Well, yes. I will refrain from further comment upon unpleasantries elsewhere.) I had already found her expansive knowledge impressive prior to my first visit. She utilizes holistic healing modalities in tandem with hydrotherapy and includes the highest quality products available to restore balance. (At my request I was permitted to muscle-test her products to determine what would best suit my needs as I am reactive to many supplements.) I returned for a BARS session and then another colonic and will rely upon her expertise to coax my body toward healing after an upcoming surgery. Highly recommend you make this investment to facilitate well-being. (You don't know what you don't know.)

This location is my OG, so I go here most given its location in Midtown. The staff is always super helpful, friendly and supportive of whatever journey you are on. Not just in and out, unless that is what you are after, which is the case sometimes, but other times, they are good to sit and chat, and make sure you are seeing the progress you are after. Only issue with this location is the parking, which is really rough. They share a small lot with several other businesses and essentially have 5 - 6 spaces for their patrons, and those fill up fast. So, in short, with parking, be careful and diligent! Overall, great spot for whatever journey you are on, or if you are needing a quick recovery support option.

Hi there! I am so bummed that I didn't write this review much earlier in the year, but life has…read morebeen super busy with my new baby rainbow boy and rainbow girl. Having two kids is life changing, but I love it so much! This review is for Andrea and Kuzu (Kuzu) no longer works there. I was able to see Modus through my (Kaiser) insurance at the time and I went only for fertility support during my rainbow journey. Since my pregnancy journey is over and I have two rainbow miracle babies, I am ready to share my short story. I have been pregnant 5X, lost 3, and gave birth to one rainbow girl in 2012 and one rainbow boy in 2019! With my last pregnancy, I was a nervous wreck and I didn't want to pay for IVF so I did my research. My neighbor suggested acupuncture as she struggled with m/c too and she had a successful pregnancy so I took her advice! Being an older mommy at 40, I was high risk and considered a geriatrics mom at Kaiser. I was lucky enough to be referred to an amazing RE, Dr. Rosenkratz @ Kaiser, and loved him so much!! I was so lucky to have seen him as it was perfect timing cause he left Kaiser and started his own practice a couple mothers after I got pregnant. As I mentioned, I was a nervous wreck! He really changed my world on top of Andrea and Kuzu. I really owe it to them as they were my wingman support team for my 2nd pregnancy. Prior to getting pregnant, Andrea suggested for me to try the "Whole 30 program" and I must have been super fertile cause I got pregnant at the end of the Whole 30 program. With RE, I had 5 polyps removed from my uterus, started to take supplements, and within 2 cycles I got pregnant and had a successful pregnancy. I stopped seeing Modus after my 2nd trimester. I was a nervous wreck the whole pregnancy but wanted to thank Andrea and Kuzu from the bottom of my heart for being my support team when I felt truly scared my whole entire pregnancy! I didn't feel at ease until I was able to carry my baby boy in my arms after he was born. I am truly blessed and my life is full of joy with a dream that came true! Thank you Modus for all of your support and assistance during the most scariest time of my life. Andrea is seriously the best!!

The office made a scheduling mistake, so we rescheduled for tomorrow. A few days before my appointment, I received a text saying I would now need to pay an additional $50 "health assessment" fee due to a new Tennessee state law. I looked into it myself and could not find any law specifically requiring this fee. More importantly, this charge is not disclosed anywhere on Groupon or on their website -- even now, after supposedly being "required." New clients are essentially being blindsided with an extra mandatory fee after booking. When I questioned it over text, I requested a phone call for clarification. The manager called me with an immediate attitude, saying, "You asked me to call you," and the conversation only got worse from there. Instead of professionally explaining the situation, I was told my choices were to pay the fee, choose a lesser-value service, or cancel. Every concern I raised was dismissed with "I'm not arguing with you." Very disappointing experience overall. Hidden fees and rude customer service are not okay, especially when customers purchase services expecting transparent pricing upfront. I will not be returning.
