These nails have lasted me longer than any nails I've ever had. As far as salon experience, Daisy treated me like family. A few important things to note: - the salon is appointment only, no walk ins - they do not take credit card. I showed them a reference photo of exactly what I wanted, and the final result looked nothing like it. When I politely brought this up, the situation only got worse. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the owner grabbed my arm and dragged me over to another customer to "explain" the nails in front of them, which was incredibly inappropriate and humiliating. I continued to calmly express that I didn't like how thick and poorly shaped the tips were, and the owner suddenly became hostile. She started yelling at me, refused to fix the issue, and ultimately kicked me out of the salon. As I was leaving, she followed me outside, continuing to yell and act disrespectfully. When I mentioned I would be leaving a negative review, she escalated even more. This was not only unprofessional, but completely unacceptable behavior. No customer should ever be treated this way. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you expect basic respect and decent service.
