Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the owner grabbed my arm and dragged me over to another customer to "explain" the nails in front of them, which was incredibly inappropriate and humiliating. I continued to calmly express that I didn't like how thick and poorly shaped the tips were, and the owner suddenly became hostile. She started yelling at me, refused to fix the issue, and ultimately kicked me out of the salon. As I was leaving, she followed me outside, continuing to yell and act disrespectfully. When I mentioned I would be leaving a negative review, she escalated even more. This was not only unprofessional, but completely unacceptable behavior. No customer should ever be treated this way. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you expect basic respect and decent service.

Well, I told her not to cut just file cause my nails aren't long to begin with and on my right hand 2 of the nails are a bit shorter due to nail breakage. Another woman looked at me and silently mouthed, "I am so sorry." She proceeded to swap between drill and prying it off and she literally slipped and the drill hit my finger.
