First time here! I've seen the reviews but because I was desperate and in the area, thought of giving it a chance. First the lady that helped me did not look happy to be there. She wasn't rude but she wasn't personable. You can see the crumple in her forehead like she just wants me to get this done and over with. I didn't even ask for anything special. Just straight up mani/pedi. No gel. I just wanted to feel refreshed. Well, I told her not to cut just file cause my nails aren't long to begin with and on my right hand 2 of the nails are a bit shorter due to nail breakage. She thought otherwise and still used a nail cutter on my left hand. Yup. Look at my thumb nail. And I told her 2x that it's too short and she just ignored me as if she didn't even hear me. I like a little pampering for myself since it's not often that I get a mani/pedi. I'm a busy mom so I really appreciate having me time. It sucks when I get this kind of service. read more

Absolutely do not go here. I felt like a burden to them just walking through the door. Spent 15 minutes waiting to be serviced and they hadn't said they didn't have time etc. I believe my nail tech was Crystal and she was extremely rude the moment she sat down. I wanted a break from my acrylics and had been able to take most of them off, except for my thumbs. She spent 10 minutes prying them off with various tools and I begged her to just soak them off because I was in pain. I continued to pull my hands back and express that it was painful. She got one off, and then the next one was twice as painful. I pulled back again and requested a soak off, again, she gave no response, just shook her head. She was prying it off and I started to feel my nail bed ripping so I said one more time can we soak it off and instead she just tore it off. At this point I am in tears. Another woman looked at me and silently mouthed, "I am so sorry." She proceeded to swap between drill and prying it off and she literally slipped and the drill hit my finger. After she got the nail off, she tried to prime it and put paint on it. I had to tell her not to probably 5 other times. So I have one nail that's bloody and undone, the rest are crooked and horribly painted. Just lazy, lazy work. It was the most unprofessional and uncomfortable situation I'd ever been in. It's unfortunate because Ty did such a good job last time I went. However, I will absolutely not be going again. read more

Since I wrote my original review, unfortunately Tammy no longer works here. However, there are still two really good people (Ella and Henry) that do a really great job at pedicures. Ella also does a great job on my manicures. They both are really thorough at removing dry skin, cleaning cuticles, etc. This remains my go-to spot after trying others. read more

Walked in for my appt, all four girls looked at me and then at each other like I hadn't called in before coming, said nothing to me and just kept talking and looking at each other, then finally a minute later one looks at me and tells me to sit and then again all talking to each other, no nice hello welcoming comment, seems like they are arguing and finally one comes to start with my pedicure and man her attitude was horrible like I was not going to pay for my service! I keep trying to give them a chance but it's always the same thing, they really need to change their attitude or get a new job, and I don't like to do bad reviews but they need to see this and change the customer service. We are paying for this service and they should be more welcoming and have us take a seat while they decide who will do the service especially when we have an appt. read more

The place is nice, but the pedicure is lame. "Wham bam, thank you ma'am" style. The massage is so pathetic that I didn't even think I got one. He didn't clean under my toenails, didn't bother messing with the cuticles or anything. My feet feel almost as calloused as they did when I went in. Everything was just half-done. On customer service, they act like customers are imposing on them by just being there. When you walk in, they just stare as if to say "what do you want? Go away". They clearly don't want to serve you at all, and it seems they are all talking to each other about the clients - and not even trying to hide it. They don't talk to the clients at all, nor to each other, except when they have something nasty to say about clients - it's SO obvious. I have no idea how they stay in business in a small town like this. I'm front a large city out-of-state and there's no way a business like this would make it. I so wish our first choice nail salon had been open on Sunday. This was pretty much a waste of money and far more frustrating than relaxing. read more

She sat there for 30 minutes while one of the staff walked back and forth giving her dirty looks without saying a single word. Not a hello, not a "we'll be right with you"... nothing. Absolutely unacceptable treatment. I told her to leave because they clearly don't respect their customers--and they don't deserve her business, or anyone else's. The energy was off, the vibe was dismissive, and the lack of professionalism was glaring. If you're looking for service with even a shred of courtesy, look elsewhere. don't know what any of there names were but that business needs to be taken out in general. Complete trashiness. A day later I woke up with an infection that made my right big toe and the 2nd one ache and turn red. I'm going to see my Doc and hope it's not MERSA. I had a bad experience here that resulted in a recent toe surgery. The woman was very rough and cut a lot of flesh. The vibes were bad too. I developed an aching pain the day after which became excruciating. My podiatrist said that my left big toe nail was cut at the wrong angle and a nail was left in the toe which developed a large abscess. I had a painful surgery and am now on antibiotics. I received a pedicure, the entire experience was not good. First, my feet are put into ice cold water not what I want. I want my water, hot comfortable. He used a used arbor ban on my feet which made me wanna throw up. It was not a clean and inviting environment. I did not enjoy it at all. Listen, I try giving businesses more than one chance...if possible. This place is my local nail salon. The inside is very cute and clean looking. I had been twice before, and not super impressed but nothing super crazy bad, so, I visited for the third time. I called at 10:15am, 15 minutes after they open. No answer. So, in the afternoon I stopped by and they said it would be like an hour, ok, no problem. There were a bunch of teenage girls in there when I stopped by, getting their nails done. Went back, I waited for 15 minutes (always frustrating when they give you a time, but I get it, it's not an exact science figuring out when someone will be available) then they started filling up the plastic bag covered basin for the foot soak (I hate the places that are too lazy to clean the basins with disinfectant). Stuck my feet in the barely warm water and noticed how sandy it felt on the bottom. I looked down and noticed all this dirt in the water, and a huuuuuge long black hair (my hair is curly and brown). It was too much to not say anything..... so I told the man who runs it, "Hey, could you rerun the water, this water is dirty"...... OMG! No one even came over to look. The man and one of the ladies IMMEDIATELY BLAMED me for the dirt and said it was my socks, it was not dirty, it was a clean liner, etc. NOT EVEN ONE VISIT TO MY CHAIR TO LOOK. Long story short, one of the teenage girls was sitting at the chair with her feet up on the pad (shoes and all) and must have dragged dirt and the hair in the basin before they filled. There were dirt shoe sole marks on the the pad. Customer service is number one. Just not doing it. read more

I was amazed with their great customer service and how Stephanie did my French tip. I showed was going for something very basic, short, and squared with a glitter French tip and that's exactly what she gave me. Christal did my toe nails and she is amazing as well! My daughter wanted to get a Santa and Christmas tree on her big toe and they said they only had nail art and didn't paint the design so that is why I am giving them 4 starts. I don't know who did my daughters nails but she was very nice and did a good job. She still loved her Christmas nails, even though she didn't what she initially awanted. I had a mani/pedi gel service done. Barely a mumble from either technician doing the services. Conversation was amongst all the workers the whole time talking loudly back and forth. It was ovbious at one point, they were talking about another co-worker who had stepped out. The place is not the cleanest, if you take a minute or two to look around. The workers have no personal touch with the clientele. I realize not all people like to have conversation, and sit on their phones when they are in a chair, but a simple hello, how are you, a smile, etc. would be nice. I was not on my phone, and there was absolutely no eye contact with me They are like robots. I tipped for the end result, but not for the uncomfortable feeling the whole time I was there. I went in yesterday (been here like 8 times before) and showed them my gel nails from last week (nails were badly chipped) and asked if I could get acrylic maybe instead and if it would last longer than a week. Young man behind the counter has been historically dismissive, disinterested, and all around an F in service but yesterday! He suggested I try another salon. So, Message received. I was on the fence anyway ... but yesterday mister 20 something year old guy in charge who doesn't care about providing customer care between nail services lost my business forever. I usually come here for pedicures. Tammy is usually the one to assist me and her work is great. However, customer service with those who answer the phone is poor and that's because they don't honor their appointment times. I have been coming here for years and this has happened several times and now it just seems to be getting worse. Today I had an appointment and was promptly there as usual but was told that I still had to wait about 25-30 minutes because the client decided to add additional services. The easier solution would have been to notify the client that someone else would have to render services since Tammy had an appointment soon but instead I was told I had to wait. I was absolutely frustrated and more than likely will not be returning. I advise everyone to avoid some frustration and go elsewhere unless you don't mind waiting long even after setting an appointment. read more

Will NOT be coming back. Been coming here for about a year. Nails good. Employees good. Always called to make an appt. One time "walked-in" to get acrylics removed. While trying to figure out a time to come back that day, guy at front takes a phone call while I'm standing there and gives away the last appt for the day. Um...maybe help the customer standing in front of you who was first? Super unprofessional. Two times (I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt) I got the young kid who works there. Both times my nails were barely passable (even showed him a picture of what I wanted and it wasn't even close). He also cut my cuticles in two different places. Today I called to make an appt. They asked me to come at 6 pm. Showed up a couple minutes before and then sat there for 20 minutes. Same young kid finally came over and I told him I had specifically asked (when I made the appt) for one of the girls to do my nails. He ended up just sanding off the old polish. Sat there for 10 more minutes and then decided to leave. Waiting a half hour when you've scheduled an appointment is not okay. I can see up to 10 minutes, but anything over that is again, unprofessional. Note: when making the appt over the phone I reiterated a second time that I wanted one of the girls to do my nails. When I walked in there was a lot of "talking" which felt like maybe it was about me making that request so I wouldn't get the kid again. read more
