Yes they're open! So glad to have a pedicure done after do many months. There are shield between chairs for pedicures and Sheila between staff and clients. You must wear a mask as well as the staff, wash your hands when you enter and fill out a symptoms questionnaire. All very professional and following guidelines. As always, great service. This place is horrible, don't come here. I've had my second bad experience here today. I waited for 10 minutes for a pedicure. Another woman walked in got seated right away and served right away. I asked her if she made an appointment and she said no. I look at the man who looked like he was supposed to be in charge and he avoided making eye contact with me. When he finally did make eye contact, he gave me the hand motion to wait. What the heck? Like he didn't just see me sitting right in front of him and get passed over? I told him what happened and he just shrugged and looked dumbfounded. Then whenever you have a complaint they all act like they suddenly can't speak English. Every time I make an appointment I have to wait 40min when I get there. Why make an appointment?

Went in for a set of acrylics and a pedicure. I had never been here before but decided to try the place out since its 2 minutes away from me. The shop is small and it was pretty but I was seen in 15 minutes. My pedicure wasn't bad at all, the lady who did mine was nice and she did a good job. My acrylics are another story. The gentleman who did mine was very nice, but did not do a very good job on my nails. I dont know if it was just because he was rushing because they were busy or what. But they aren't even in length, my one thumbnail is a lot longer than the other, and then the short thumb is bumpy. I dont know how else to describe it, but when they use the powder with the liquid and the brush to fill them in, he didnt even it out on the thumb. And my right ring finger nail is completely crooked, as well as my left pinky. The only thing I like about my acrylics is the color. I paid $52-$54 for everything, not including tip. I am so frustrated. I should have checked my nails before I left. Will not be coming back. Edit: I added pictures to show. The pictures were taken the same day I got my nails done. Horrible experience. I had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen. The person who started my nails didn't finish. They moved me halfway through to another technician. She did a horrible job! They were very rushed and didn't pay attention to details. I saw several people leave from a pedicure and they NEVER cleaned the foot baths! They simply sat the next person in the chair. I will not go back here for a pedicure. I don't care how busy a place is, sanitation comes first. I got gel nails done. I have had these done for years now. Their polish is horrible! It seems like they water it down with acetone to get more out of it. The color looked thin and when I commented on this, even after two coats the technical ignored my comment. I asked her to apply another coat and she ignored that as well. Don't waste your time or money here. It's not worth it! read more

Ive been coming here for MONTHS. I WILL NEVER go again. I came in for a fill today and it is the worst fill i have ever got. I can only get a french since i am a Marine. Well she jacked it all up. Looks like trash. There was a long line and all she wanted to do was rush and when i asked her to fix her mistake she signed and said "oh i color" no!! I went in today and was told the wait would be 10minutes. All the tables were occupied, but chairs were available. Three people came in after me and asked about prices and so on. They wanted mani/pedis and seated right away. Two tables opened up, and the girls went to do the pedicures. I waited 15 mi ites and when it became obvious that it would be closer to a 20-25minute wait I got up and started to leave. The guy tried to convince me to wait saying it would be right away. Nope, everyone was busy. I left to the sound of him asking me to wait. Either be honest about times, or take customers in the order they arrive. I am dismayed to see so many negative reviews. I have been coming to this shop regularly for at least two years now and have NEVER had a bad experience. My mom and sister have also been coming here and had good experiences. Last time I was in, I even commented to the woman in the chair next to me that I was sad this place was getting bad reviews on Yelp, and she agreed -- she said she moved to Oceanside a while ago but still comes to this shop to get her pedicures because she likes it so much! If I am a walk-in, I don't usually have to wait very long, or if I do, they are realistic about the length of the wait. I have had pedicures from almost every one of the staff members and they have all been kind and professional. They are not pushy and do not try to upsell you on the more expensive pedis if you ask for the basic one. If you enjoy the foot/leg massage part of your pedicure, I recommend Tammy. The shop has a nice selection of polish colors, the massage chairs all work, and the shop is clean and comfortable. I have never had any "issues" such as pain or infection after pedicures here. I have been to a couple of other shops in Fallbrook and while their pedicures, pricing or equipment may be comparable, they are not as friendly or the shop is not as relaxing. One big plus for me is that Happiness Nails always has nice, mellow music playing, whereas one of the other popular shops in town has a TV blaring on a news station -- I don't find reports of death, destruction and crime very relaxing when I am getting a pedicure. read more

Was going to get my nails done with my husband after he got his haircut next door and had to use the restroom while waiting on him .. so I went in and asked and they were talking for a minute and they said it was out of service which I found hard to believe so I told my husband to go in and ask for their service and then ask for the restroom and they let him. I've gone here a few times to get my eyebrows waxed and I get exactly what I pay for. It's quick which is convenient for those who don't have much time. However, on Friday I didn't receive the same experience. They were pretty busy and I'm sure it's strenuous but if you're too busy to not do your job right, then just say so. I would've gladly went later or the next day. My top 3 complaints: the wax was too hot, at first they said my wait time was 5mins but 20mins later I was finally taken to the back room & the lady rushed through the process, and I still had to tweeze the stray hairs she'd missed once I got home since she was too busy to do it herself. I ALWAYS go here to get my nails done and I go often. There was a few times when i had something wrong and I would go back and they would fix my nails with no charge! I always get the gel nails and they always last! One time I got my nails done and shortly after my nail tore. So I went back the day after it happened and asked them if they could fix it, and they did! With no extra charge to me. They are always willing to fix. I also get my eyebrows done there and they are amazing. Absolutely love this place! What is the fun of a cute pedicure if you have to wear a band aid on the toe that they cut? Had mani-pedi yesterday. Polish is already flaking off on both. Lady with tatted eyebrows did my nails. Looked like she was rushing through it all! She did my manicure and pedicure. This place is so unsanitary! I had my pedicure done and they didn't change the plastic for the next guest. They used the same plastic with my same asss dead skin on their. I even saw the other lady sit their right away. I was disgusted. I asked for a certain manicure I even showed the lady a pic of how I wanted my nails done! Acrylic! And she just cut my nails and painted them and didn't even put the rhinestones i wanted! I went here years back a few times and didn't have a good experience any of the times. I had also heard of someone I know of getting a fungus after a peticure here....not my story, so can't talk about that. But now that it is remodeled and so much time had past I thought I would give it another shot. I went with my sister and we both got pedicures and she added a manicure. Well let me say it does look nicer in there. (and note my sister and I both take great care of our nails) But my pedicure kept hurting on my big toes when they were being clipped, and they all got clipped way too short and round and uneven. Honestly I left and looked at them and they look worse then if I did it myself, I seriously wont be wearing sandals until they grow out. Then my sister was telling me that her manicure and pedicure hurt and that her toes looked terrible too (two diffenet people did her nails). One of her fingers was still hurting the next day and one of her big toes too. Also both of our nail polish jobs didn't look that great and both of us had a nail start to loose polish the day of the pedicures. So I guess what I am trying to say, is if you want to get a nice pedicure or manicure this probably isn't the place to go. Pick anywhere else. When I first moved to Fallbrook in 2015, I decided to try Happiness nails, not only was I very dissatisfied with the results, but the customer service was nonexistent, and they definitely don't care how the place looks, because it looks super junky and dirty! So needless to say, I decided I would never return. Well low and behold, my loving husband bought me a gift certificate to Happiness Nails for Christmas. So I reluctantly returned for the second time in Feb 2018 to redeem my gift certificate. Before I went there, I decided to read others reviews on yelp, and to no surprise, others shared my dislike for this place. One lady wrote that they took a dremel file (like the ones they use on acrylic nails) to sand down her feet! I thought that was outrageous....but to my horror, the same tool was used on me when I went in!!! I will admit, my feet were in rough shape when I went in. I warned the girl, but I've been to other nail salons with my feet looking worse, and left with baby soft feet! Not here! Look at these pictures people! This is not the before picture! This is after! And 3 different toes were bleeding! You just can't tell because I have red polish. When I went up to pay I expressed how badly my feet still looked and her response was that my calluses were too thick! Horrible customer service. After various times telling the man that did my acrylics that they looked cricked and not square, he completely ignored me until he called another girl to come "fix it". She didn't even fix it and they still wanted to charge me 34 dollars!!! They obviously do not care about their customers happiness. Best pedicure I've ever had!! The staff may come as a little stiff but once your seated they talk to you make you feel comfortable and get to it. They get down with everything they do, lve been to a alot of nails places that have given me a ingrown toenail but not here!! They will fix you prob and send you out with gorgeous looking feet!! THEY DO THE BEST PEDICURES!!! I have never had an issue with my nails when I have come here. When I moved out of town I came back to this specific one because they were so sweet! The customer service is amazing and they do whatever they can to make sure you leave happy and with exactly what you want! They do not mind when you tell them if a nail seems uneven and they're super patient when you pick a color or shape for acrylic nails. I would definitely make an appointment here around any holiday or big school event because they're typically pretty busy and it gets really hard to get in at a short wait time.
