Lena was also so responsive and communicative during the scheduling process, something that made me feel confident and well taken care of before we even met. I appreciate her working with my schedule and availability and that I was not in a real rush so I didn't mind an appointment weeks from now but she was able to schedule me in pretty soon so I appreciated that. As this was my first time seeing a curl specialist, I was a bit nervous going in, but Lena's calm, warm, and professional approach instantly put me at ease. She started the appointment with thoughtful and insightful questions to really assess my hair type, my routine, and what I was hoping to get out of the session. I mentioned that I wanted to make changes to better care for my curls, and Lena truly delivered in every way. She took the time not only to listen, but to educate. I've never had anyone break it down so clearly, with such kindness and care. The amount of knowledge and experience she has was clear! What stood out most was how much time and patience Lena showed throughout the appointment. She never rushed, and I felt completely valued the entire time. It's rare to find someone who blends expertise with such genuine passion and personalized attention. And the treatment? WOW My hair looked and felt absolutely amazing hydrated, defined, and bouncy...I have never in my 33 years been able to style it and have it look as amazing as Lena did. I have always had trouble with acne and she is just a book full of skin care knowledge. You can tell she's extremely educated and passionate about her line of work which puts me at ease. However Michelle has cleared my skin, and is actively giving me suggestions on other things to help my skin.
