MAKE APPOINTMENT AHEAD FOR EYEBROWS. I went in to get my eyebrows done. After years of trying to find a place that wouldn't leave my brows completely mismatched, I decided to spend the money and go see Gina after being recommended by good friends. It's only $20 which really isn't bad and it was well worth it. She takes her time, so don't book if you are on a 30 minute lunch break because that's usually have long it takes. She's very sweet. She explains the products she uses (wax that is great for sensitive skin) and I have to say that was the least painful eyebrow waxing I've ever had. I told her how I hate when my eyebrows aren't symmetrical, and she made sure that they were as close as they could be while still going with my natural brow shape. If you are a first timer with Gina, she talks to you about your skincare routine so that she can make sure that her process won't make you break out in any way. She really cares about her customers. She is very popular in our tiny town. I was lucky to get in on such short noticed and book my next 2 appointments so I'm guaranteed to get them done. You need to make an appointment. read more

I called day of, and got an appointment within an hour. Ashley cut my hair, and she did an awesome job. She was super friendly and nice, listened to what I wanted done, and did exactly what I wanted. She took her time and was very methodical with her cutting. The salon itself is very nice and has a very open feel. I will definitely go back again. read more

I only have one complaint, and that's just that my stylist was running behind. She called to let me know though, and when I got there at the later time I still waited. However, it was something that was out of her control, but still annoying. Her skill, fantastic. Great customer service, the salon was nice and cool and it was super HOT outside. They offered me beverage when I first arrived and even apologized for the delay. I went in to have a butchered hair cut fixed, and I think I found my new permanent stylist here. She did a fantastic job! My hair finally looks normal again! I will be returning here, many times. read more

I have difficult thick wavy hair that began turning white when I was still in my teens. I have been going to Bello Lei Salon for many years and just L-O-V-E Trish my hairstylist. She is so personable and passionate about your hair cut and color! She does what you ask and makes great suggestions along the way. The salon itself is well appointed, comfortable temps, coffee, ice tea offered when you walk in. This is a wonderful little salon in Fallbrook. The service is sweet and homey and the prices are very good. They have a great Aestician who does great waxing and facials. I had my hair cut by Lauren on Friday. I am really happy. Lauren is sweet, kind and very talented. An older lady that had trouble moving around was coming in the Salon. Lauren very graciously held the door for her and escorted her to a chair where she was comfortable. She wasn't her customer, but it didn't matter. She provides excellent customer service. I have been going here for about a year now. In the year I have gone everywhere from dark brown to bright blonde, often times getting highlights. I have also gotten many different cuts. I go to Lauren every time and leave more than satisfied each time. I always feel like a movie star when I walk out of the salon. I don't think I have ever been so disappointed in a haircut I received. I came to this salon with my time, trust, and money. Haircuts for women are not cheap, they take a bit of money just for a haircut. I came here as a second time customer. First time I received a simple haircut happy with it so I decided to make this place my hair salon. Second time came around got a call from salon to reschedule my appointment, not a big deal, ended up having to reschedule a second time due to my change in work schedule, received a text asking if I would actually be at my third rescheduled appointment, felt was a little rude, but went around the rudeness and replied yes. Went in received my haircut. My hair was not cut as I had asked but I didn't want my hair any shorter because my hair is long and has taken me years to get it as long as is. As the weekend went by with styling my hair come to realize my haircut was very uneven. I had random long strands about 2 inches longer than the rest of my hair. And one side is about 1/2 an inch shorter than the other side. Very sad with this outcome. read more

After so many different salons, I finally found my permanent salon! Its a bit of a drive but totally worth it. I am so thankful for lauren who does my hair and she couldn't be any better, she is a sweetheart, very caring and actually listens to what I want, when she cuts my hair she takes off little by little, which I love, and her shampoos are amazing!! I get highlights, haircuts, styling, and everything under the sun done by lauren and always leave the little salon, feeling amazing!! I just recently started seeing jana, who is an amazing aestician. She helped me grow my eyebrows out and stayed with me for over 45 mins finding a shape we both liked. I also got a facial done by her with extractions, best facial I've ever gotten.
