The hotel is pretty swanky. Definitely worth the great deal I found on Expedia. Nice room, with a very comfortable bed; not a lot of furniture, but I wasn't lounging around the room for hours anyway--for me it was just a place to sleep. There was some sort of formal event happening when I was here, so they must have a nice space for a reception/meeting/wedding. And parking is free, which is nice for such a fancy place and was certainly a plus for me. The shower felt to me pretty luxurious and because it was all tile, I didn't feel grossed out about using it like I do at some hotels. The one thing that was a bit of a problem is that the walls are a bit thin. Either that, or the people in the other room were being even louder than it seemed. From about 10:30/11 to after 12:30 am, they were being so loud I could barely sleep. They continued to shout and bang. I called the front desk twice, but there's only so much that they can do about such a thing. I can't imagine being that rude to other people but it doesn't help that the construction may allow their voices to carry through the structure. Even given the thin walls, I would stay here again. When the other guests finally shut up, I slept very well. All the employees I interacted with (not many--COVID, after all, so I kept my distance from everyone) were very welcoming and quick with check-in and check-out, and the person who brought up our breakfast was exactly on time.

Went to brunch here and walked around. Nice hotel. Didnt stay here but got to see a room. Looked large. I liked the multiple sitting areas and pool table, shuffleboard table, fireplace and art everywhere. They had a large art gallery and an old truck in the lobby that was a piece of art. We played pool. We looked around the art gallery. They have room for events there. Walked in 1 conference room that was very nice. It had 1 main conference table with state of the art projector screen and a 2nd small table and chairs by the door. They are building an entertainment district around the hotel with a shared kitchens like oakley building with a pet park and more.

Sleek, sharp, modern European design. Spacious & visually stunning aesthetics everywhere. The room was simple but felt lavish & very clean. Comfortable bed & quality bedding. DoorDash friendly for food deliveries. Easy ride-share drop off & pickup. Large smart TV with apps + chromecast support. Good AC system (silent, doesn't run constantly, & air pressure isn't oppressive). The shower was impressive & the bathroom was stocked with ample toiletries. Great flushing pressure, quick heating water. Lacking bathrob Room service was exceptionally fast! But the food was over salted & I don't recommend the menu for those with multiple food allergies. Sliding entrance doors are oddly slow, so mind your pace when entering/exiting. Checkout was unnecessarily rushed with 20minuted left on our stay. Overall great atmosphere, aromatics, & very peaceful for a hotel at this scale. Would stay again Full room walkthrough: https://www.instagram.com/reel/CsolJMMg6ry/?igshid=MmJiY2I4NDBkZg==

No outlets. I guess we won't charge our phone as we sleep.

For a hotel of this size, in a city, and considering they are trying to make themselves look hip and swanky, I was disappointed. The rooms are around the central atrium/lobby area which is mostly clad in concrete, so if say, revelers are whooping it up down there at 2AM, you'll hear it echo all the way up into your room. The beds aren't very comfortable, but the pillows are enormously thick and stiff. See that as a pro or con as you will. The heating vents make mechanical squeaking noises throughout the whole night, so if you are lucky enough to not be here when an event is making a ruckus, you will have to deal with that or turn off the heat and be cold (or turn off the AC and boil.) There are only power outlets on one side of the king bed so if both people want to charge a device at their bedside table, they are out of luck unless they brought an extension cord. The bathroom is a disaster. Copious amounts of orange mold in the shower, and whoever chose the faucets should have their head examined because the spout is so close to the rear of the sink it's almost unusable. They also serve no food in the hotel after 2PM on Sundays. I was back at the room around 4 and wanted to stay in the rest of the night and order room service or eat in the hotel, but that was not an option. We travel quite a bit and have stayed in a wide variety of hotels, but it's no exaggeration we had a better stay in a Days Inn in the middle of nowhere Indiana than we have had here. Not impressed, in fact, highly disappointed. We will not be returning or recommending this hotel to others.

This review is for the lobby and conference room. Modern design; this lobby reminds me of the 21C Hotel chain. Modern art installations make the lobby a place of interest rather than just a place to wait. Not as much art as the Downtown Cincinnati 21C, but more than most hotels. An imposing staircase grabbed my attention. The staircase is industrial, modern, and a bit magical. I really wanted to climb it. Not being there to stay, we decided to stay on the ground floor. There was also an installment that was like a road trip. It had part of a car, and a screen. I have heard good things about the hotel restaurant. I may have to return, and give it a try. Maybe then I will get to see more of the visual delights Summit has to offer. Conference room is bright with natural light. Plenty of room to spread out. Tables are desk height. The room was clean, and ready for us. Modern art adorns the walls here as well. Both valet and self parking are available. We opted for self parking. Plenty on parking in the parking structure. The structure is well lit. Conference room is to the left once one enters the lobby.

I love the Summit Hotel. The staff are excellent and the suites are outstanding. Contemporary decor and art throughout. Lots of lounge and gathering spaces including a game room, workout room and fantastic restaurant and coffee bar. I enjoy going to the outdoor rooftop yoga class Saturday mornings. This luxury hotel is one of the finest around in Cincinnati.

Woah, this hotel has everything you need and more! The staff was outstanding and super accommodating. The gym was so convenient and loaded with all the gym equipment one would need. My favorite was the yoga studio attached to the gym. The restaurant and other food options were very convenient and you didn't have to leave the hotel. library was such a vibe and very inviting. The location of the hotel was super close to all the hot spots. The art gallery was so amazing, I think every hotel should have one tbh. The views from our hotel room were gorgeous, we can't wait to come back real soon.

Swanky hotel! Place is super clean, has a ton of amenities and will provide you or your family a wonderful place to stay. Definitely punches above it's cost - I think the cost/value equation is excellent.

Service was good. However, the food was less than desirable. If this place on the scale of Hilton, then it really it should run along side Taco Bell. Looks are deceiving that's for sure. Food looked awesome, then that 1st bite, holy snikeys batman, it's needed rescue from itself. Dry, unflavored, no passion, just sitting there waiting to disappoint the patron while laughing at you as you pay that huge bill. Not even worth sitting in a vacant building like we did as the tumble weeds went by. Dry, hard edges, and waste of awesome products.

After seeing my niece graduate from college, our entire family and guests, all eight of us,…read moredescended on Coppin's restaurant for brunch. Normally, I find hotel food is just okay and nothing special, but Coppin's was a pleasant surprise. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess, and our equally pleasant server quickly brought menus and asked what we would like to drink. When it was my turn, I happily ordered Coppin's Old Fashioned. I was the odd man out because everyone else ordered the Spring Manhattan. Judging by how quickly everyone's drinks disappeared, I'd say they were all very tasty. I was a little unsure about mine at first, so to make sure the quality and taste were consistent, I ordered a second, and it definitely was not a mistake. I ordered the B+G biscuits (which are made by hand according to server in the hotel) and gravy with an extra egg. Others at the table chose a variety of dishes, including the CVG, Cobb Salad, Bagel and Lox, and several other selections. Based on the clean plates all around the table, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. My wife ordered a sample of banana bread, and I was fortunate enough to snag a small bite, it was excellent. After we had all finished, everyone agreed that my niece had made an excellent choice for her graduation celebration brunch. As my wife and I made our way back to Louisville, we both commented that we would definitely return the next time we were in Covington.

Going back and forth on stars for this one. Me and around 30 of my coworkers came into town for a…read moretwo day workshop and they got us a room block at this hotel. I ended up being in the North Building and cracked up when I walked into my room and saw I was in one of the Lightwell Lofts (a few of us ended up in them by chance, guess they included them in our room block lol). While the room was super cool and beautiful, there was a lot to be desired. After taking a million photos of the gorgeous room, I quickly realized a major flaw - the bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom is downstairs, and the staircase between the two is a crazy narrow spiral staircase. As someone that gets up to pee in the middle of the night, having to traverse the spiral stairs was terrifying lol. One of my coworkers actually swapped with someone who had a "normal" room because he was worried about falling down the stairs. My downstairs tv wouldn't turn on. I fiddled with the remote a bit, tried rearranging the batteries, but couldn't turn it on. I used the ipad in the room to put in a maintenance request, but no one came. I figured I would just let the front desk know when I headed out to dinner that night. Hours later, the front desk calls me to see if anyone had come to fix the tv - they hadn't. The girl was very nice and apologetic, she said I sent the request in the middle of a shift change and someone had accidentally marked it as complete. So she said someone would be right up, and he did come up. Handed me a handwritten note and a $25 coupon for Coppin's which was totally unexpected and a very nice gesture. Turned out, he knew exactly what the problem was - he said the remote was broken and he was supposed to swap it out but forgot. Gave me a new remote and all was good. He also mentioned there is a second remote upstairs for that tv. After he left, I went to look for it - there was no second remote. We held our meetings in the Scheper Room, which was also beautiful. The room was absolutely freezing the first day and I'm someone that prefers it a touch colder and was uncomfortable. We had to get them to update the thermostat and then in the afternoon it was way too hot. We had food brought in from the hotel and it was all fine, nothing super memorable. There was soup at lunch but the sign didn't even say what it was - just "chef's choice." The Italian hoagies were way too big and needed to be cut in half, I couldn't even finish half of one. The salad with fruit/pecans/etc was my favorite though. They had the completely wrong password on the tables for the Wifi but thankfully we figured it out quickly that we just had to use the room password. The second day for breakfast, there was yogurt on the menu and even on the sign with all the food - but there was no yogurt. Some of my coworkers were specifically asking for yogurt so we had to request it directly because it was included and paid for. Box lunches to take to go on the second day which were fine, I had the chicken caesar salad wrap. Housekeeping didn't come to service my room until 5pm when I was in there getting ready for dinner, so I was not able to get the room serviced. Just asked them for some more coffee. My conditioner in the shower was empty but I didn't bother reporting it after the tv issue and I had my own conditioner with me, so used that. The lotion at the sink was so thick that I could not get it out of the bottle at all, I had to use q-tips to get it out (it was nice quality, just kinda useless if you can't get it out of the bottle lol). Great local offerings on the mini bar and in the fridge. My coworkers and I got a kick out of the "intimacy kits" because we were on a business trip haha. The Magic 8 ball was fun, I loved the conversation cards even though I just read a few of them to myself haha. Even with the bedroom upstairs, it was nice to have the big double closet in the bathroom hallway so I really was just in the loft to sleep and kept all my stuff downstairs. The location is great, lots of fun stuff right nearby. The courtyard is lovely. I would say this is a solid 3.5 stars but since we can't give half stars, I'll give it a 4 because the staff was overall very nice and quickly fixed any issues, just a little annoying that we had any issues at all.

Neighborhood could be sketchy at night. We're from Detroit area so NBD to us for frame of reference. Our room was very very clean, unlike some of the other reviews I've read about this location. The beds were very comfortable. One of the reasons I like choice hotels. I've always slept well in their bed's because they're on the softer side with soft pillows and sheets. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. And 2 complimentary water bottles. The only reason I don't give 4 stars is when I happen to look in the microwave there was an ingrained bug imprint on the side. I've never seen that before in my life!!! I'm sure those micro waves cost less than 30 bucks! Luckily we didn't need to heat anything and I happen to see it in the morning when actually marveling how clean the room was. The microwave was clean despite the bug impression. Having been a cleaning lady through college and a nurse now. I know if I worked there and did that good of a job cleaning I would throw that microwave out! So whoever deals with that? Lost a star on me. Overall I'd stay there again. Probably not make a vacation out of it. But, it suited our purpose for a fun night. And we slept well. There was an indoor pool that looked nice. We didn't use it. I would only give 5 stars for above and beyond. We've slept in hotels in Corbin that I wouldn't give 1 star to because they were so dirty as we were passing through that are very near the Radisson. We would definitely stay at the Raddison again despite the picture I'll post.

Immediately upon arrival, even though I paid ahead of time weeks ago, I had to pay an additional $200. Then the elevators were old and shook and made so much noise I thought they were going to get stuck constantly. Then, all the hallways smelled like smoke and weed. The room itself wasn't awful but the sheets were stained and the bathroom shower had no curtain or doors so water would get everywhere if you used it. The outlets were so loose it was hard to charge anything and the Internet was so unbelievably slow. We also ordered strawberries and champagne for Valentine's Day. We only got 4 strawberries and 2 of them were rotten. Avoid here at all costs.

I had reservations at Embassy Hilton, I was moved to this hotel without my consent due to overbooking. After checking in with valid ID, I was later accused of fraud because the hotel attached the WRONG Hilton rewards account to my reservation. Instead of verifying the issue professionally, security dressed in plain clothes pounded on my door, refused to leave when I asked, and later took photos of me on his personal phone. I was told multiple times that police were on the way and that I was part of a "serious investigation." Multiple people were involved, I asked numerous times what the issue was. The manger said the police would explain more when they get there. I told them I had chest pains and I needed to know what was going on and they did nothing but to continue to question me. I asked the manager if I could show him my travel orders and my work id and he goes upstairs with me to my room and his face turns so red, but he continues to tell me the police is coming. I even told him a coworker was on sight that could identify me and they said they didn't want to involve more people. After HOURS of stress and confusion, the hotel admitted it was THEIR mistake. This is not just bad customer service--this is a failure in safety, judgment, and accountability. Had the nerve to say they will use this as training. The hotel was so dirty. No guest should be treated like this. @HiltonHotels -- this deserves more than a simple apology.
