Great place for a staycation. I booked this hotel for my husband's birthday. It is absolutely beautiful at Christmas time thanks to their festive decorations. The bar was also stunning. The whole place was eye candy. The service was amazing. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The only issue we experienced was the long wait for valet to return our car. Other than that, the room and amenities were perfect. I was very impressed with our stay.

Such a nice, clean boutique hotel with large beautiful rooms and comfy beds. I stayed here for a staycation and had a great time. The people at the concierge desk are also very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious too!

What a find. In a city such as Cincinnati with so many dining options I normally would not think to choose a hotel restaurant however it's definitely an exception. Delicious food and excellent service. The chef accommodated my vegan meal choice with an excellent dish. I've now eaten there 3 times and enjoyed a beverage at the beautiful downstairs bar and one at the rooftop bar. I highly recommend.

Cannot say enough about this place! Impressive! Quaint, boutique style with historical significance. My only regret was not getting to eat at the top bar. They had a wedding the night we were there and the next day they were closed. Bummer. Other than that this was a most enjoyable experience for us. Rooms were so clean and spacious with comfy bed. So quiet. I slept like a baby. No kids at this hotel so that really made a difference. Loved the towels and soaps provided in shower. Shower has two heads and two vanity sinks. Yay! Also plus was the Nespresso Machine! We enjoyed each morning and decaf at night. Love that! Felt like a home rather than a hotel. I guess the place used to be a Women's shelter then they renovated three years ago and it became what it is today. Newer feel for sure. They provide bottled water everyday and you can pick up additional water bottles in the gym which is very nice. No pool here but you can't have everything. We ate breakfast downstairs and it was very good. Nice staff, great views and service was top notch! They are working on restoring the park which will be so pretty when completed. TIP: they will drive you to anywhere you want to go within 5 miles of hotel. Pretty much everything you need is within that radius so park your car and use their drivers. Thank you to all the friendly drivers and staff who helped arrange pick ups and drop offs. We walked to many places including the Taft Museum across the street, beautiful and very well done. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Cincinnati!

This hotel is stunning. The interior lobby/bar area, restaurant area, the hotel room itself - all wonderful, clean, aesthetically pleasing. Also - don't miss out on the rooftop bar with the stunning views of downtown Cincinnati! Also - a free car service around the city?! We used this multiple times. There is a maximum radius, but for us, it worked perfectly and the drivers were wonderful. P.S. - the beds were so comfy that we have strongly debated ordering all of the bedding and pillows for our own home, lol!

My husband and I recently stayed for an evening at the Lytle Park Hotel. Pros: the hotel is gorgeous. The lobby, rooftop, and room were all very nice. The lack of room service was a bummer.

It was our anniversary so we decided to do a staycation and we chose to stay at the Lytle Park Hotel. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted. The hotel has a very nice lobby area with a restaurant and nice bar area. Then an easy walk to your room, where everything you need is available, including two nice robes, hair dryer, etc. The rooms are very nice and also spacious. Room service is also available and delicious. Make sure you go up to their rooftop while here! What great views!! Everybody's very attentive here. And the hotel located perfectly...everything is a quick walk, bike ride or scooter away!

I loved this new cute boutique hotel offering! It really is a hidden gem and offers a nice escape in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. The staff was excellent; very attentive while also being appropriately distant. There was a small glitch with our room and they gave us lunch on the house while we waited which I thought was a nice touch. The rooms themselves are spacious and have very modern decor. You feel like you're sleeping in a West Elm catalog, which is beautiful. The bathroom had great amenities and was a perfect place to get ready. And the hotel in general has a lot of natural light flowing through it which enhanced the experience. There are multiple dining options but I have to admit neither were great. There is meeting space and room for small events and the fitness center was perfect for a quick workout. What set this hotel apart is the use of outdoor spaces. From the rooftop to the ground floor fire pit this is a place that you will enjoy the scenery.

Our first ever stay at the Lytle Park Hotel was amazing. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the rooms are gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. All of the staff are friendly and professional. This is by far the best hotel in the Cincinnati area.

Hands down, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The valet were extremely nice and talkative when we first showed up. It is only valet! The front desk members were extremely nice and when you walk into the hotel it is decorated for Christmas and it is BEAUTIFUL! The hotel room is huge, and decorated gorgeous. The attention to detail was insane! This was a couples mini getaway and this place made it awesome! There were wine glasses and an espresso machine! The shower was to die for! Again, the details were insane! There was a little mirror in there! I hate hotel shampoo and soap, usually, but this was really nice!! The bed was comfy, and had motion detecting lights underneath which were genius! The curtains were blackout as well! There is a tablet that has a lot of things to do in the area and times which was helpful! The downstairs restaurant was delicious! Overall, one of the best hotels! Definitely come and stay a while! I can't wait to go back!

My mother enjoyed the Primavera Frizzante while I indulged in a few Lytle Mules.

This is a winner. Just back from drinks and lunch for the first time at the Lytle, and I will absolutely go again. Great decor, responsive staff, delicious craft cocktails, and nothing but tasty treats on the menu. My only regret is that I didn't get the name of the hostess, a young lady who took care of us so very well (young, Asian, tattooed). My mother could not get over the service (the hostess took our orders without writing anything down and didn't miss anything)!), the interior design, and the calming views from the enclosed patio. This was an even bigger treat for the friend who joined us, a Cincinnati native who had never been to the Lytle, but like me, will absolutely be back. Great experience. Great day.

Fantastic brunch. The the sausage hash is hearty, filling and gluten free. Bottomless Sunday drinks. They also have a rooftop bar that overlooks Lytle Park!

Normally, I find hotel food is just okay and nothing special, but Coppin's was a pleasant surprise. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess, and our equally pleasant server quickly brought menus and asked what we would like to drink. When it was my turn, I happily ordered Coppin's Old Fashioned. I was the odd man out because everyone else ordered the Spring Manhattan. Judging by how quickly everyone's drinks disappeared, I'd say they were all very tasty. I was a little unsure about mine at first, so to make sure the quality and taste were consistent, I ordered a second, and it definitely was not a mistake. I ordered the B+G biscuits (which are made by hand according to server in the hotel) and gravy with an extra egg. Others at the table chose a variety of dishes, including the CVG, Cobb Salad, Bagel and Lox, and several other selections. Based on the clean plates all around the table, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. My wife ordered a sample of banana bread, and I was fortunate enough to snag a small bite, it was excellent. After we had all finished, everyone agreed that my niece had made an excellent choice for her graduation celebration brunch. As my wife and I made our way back to Louisville, we both commented that we would definitely return the next time we were in Covington.

I ended up being in the North Building and cracked up when I walked into my room and saw I was in one of the Lightwell Lofts (a few of us ended up in them by chance, guess they included them in our room block lol). While the room was super cool and beautiful, there was a lot to be desired. After taking a million photos of the gorgeous room, I quickly realized a major flaw - the bedroom is upstairs, the bathroom is downstairs, and the staircase between the two is a crazy narrow spiral staircase. As someone that gets up to pee in the middle of the night, having to traverse the spiral stairs was terrifying lol. One of my coworkers actually swapped with someone who had a "normal" room because he was worried about falling down the stairs. My downstairs tv wouldn't turn on. I fiddled with the remote a bit, tried rearranging the batteries, but couldn't turn it on. I used the ipad in the room to put in a maintenance request, but no one came. I figured I would just let the front desk know when I headed out to dinner that night. Hours later, the front desk calls me to see if anyone had come to fix the tv - they hadn't. The girl was very nice and apologetic, she said I sent the request in the middle of a shift change and someone had accidentally marked it as complete. So she said someone would be right up, and he did come up. Handed me a handwritten note and a $25 coupon for Coppin's which was totally unexpected and a very nice gesture. Turned out, he knew exactly what the problem was - he said the remote was broken and he was supposed to swap it out but forgot. Gave me a new remote and all was good. He also mentioned there is a second remote upstairs for that tv. After he left, I went to look for it - there was no second remote. We held our meetings in the Scheper Room, which was also beautiful. The room was absolutely freezing the first day and I'm someone that prefers it a touch colder and was uncomfortable. We had to get them to update the thermostat and then in the afternoon it was way too hot. We had food brought in from the hotel and it was all fine, nothing super memorable. There was soup at lunch but the sign didn't even say what it was - just "chef's choice." The Italian hoagies were way too big and needed to be cut in half, I couldn't even finish half of one. The salad with fruit/pecans/etc was my favorite though. They had the completely wrong password on the tables for the Wifi but thankfully we figured it out quickly that we just had to use the room password. The second day for breakfast, there was yogurt on the menu and even on the sign with all the food - but there was no yogurt. Some of my coworkers were specifically asking for yogurt so we had to request it directly because it was included and paid for. Box lunches to take to go on the second day which were fine, I had the chicken caesar salad wrap. Housekeeping didn't come to service my room until 5pm when I was in there getting ready for dinner, so I was not able to get the room serviced. Just asked them for some more coffee. My conditioner in the shower was empty but I didn't bother reporting it after the tv issue and I had my own conditioner with me, so used that. The lotion at the sink was so thick that I could not get it out of the bottle at all, I had to use q-tips to get it out (it was nice quality, just kinda useless if you can't get it out of the bottle lol). Great local offerings on the mini bar and in the fridge. My coworkers and I got a kick out of the "intimacy kits" because we were on a business trip haha. The Magic 8 ball was fun, I loved the conversation cards even though I just read a few of them to myself haha. Even with the bedroom upstairs, it was nice to have the big double closet in the bathroom hallway so I really was just in the loft to sleep and kept all my stuff downstairs. The location is great, lots of fun stuff right nearby. The courtyard is lovely. I would say this is a solid 3.5 stars but since we can't give half stars, I'll give it a 4 because the staff was overall very nice and quickly fixed any issues, just a little annoying that we had any issues at all.

Neighborhood could be sketchy at night. We're from Detroit area so NBD to us for frame of reference. Our room was very very clean, unlike some of the other reviews I've read about this location. The beds were very comfortable. One of the reasons I like choice hotels. I've always slept well in their bed's because they're on the softer side with soft pillows and sheets. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. And 2 complimentary water bottles. The only reason I don't give 4 stars is when I happen to look in the microwave there was an ingrained bug imprint on the side. I've never seen that before in my life!!! I'm sure those micro waves cost less than 30 bucks! Luckily we didn't need to heat anything and I happen to see it in the morning when actually marveling how clean the room was. The microwave was clean despite the bug impression. Having been a cleaning lady through college and a nurse now. I know if I worked there and did that good of a job cleaning I would throw that microwave out! So whoever deals with that? Lost a star on me. Overall I'd stay there again. Probably not make a vacation out of it. But, it suited our purpose for a fun night. And we slept well. There was an indoor pool that looked nice. We didn't use it. I would only give 5 stars for above and beyond. We've slept in hotels in Corbin that I wouldn't give 1 star to because they were so dirty as we were passing through that are very near the Radisson. We would definitely stay at the Raddison again despite the picture I'll post.

Then the elevators were old and shook and made so much noise I thought they were going to get stuck constantly. Then, all the hallways smelled like smoke and weed. The room itself wasn't awful but the sheets were stained and the bathroom shower had no curtain or doors so water would get everywhere if you used it. The outlets were so loose it was hard to charge anything and the Internet was so unbelievably slow. We also ordered strawberries and champagne for Valentine's Day. We only got 4 strawberries and 2 of them were rotten. Avoid here at all costs.

There was a separate area that included a microwave, small fridge, coffee machine, etc. Also, a doored closet for your coats. -- The suite, including bathroom, was modern and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and basic toiletries were provided. -- Before arrival, we were concerned that the rooms might be noisy due the hotel's proximity to the bridge. This turned out to be unfounded as we could barely hear the bridge traffic. -- The hotel has a swimming room and on-site fitness room that we didn't use. -- The free breakfast had a huge variety of hot (eggs, sausages, oatmeal, pancakes) and cold (cereals, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruits) options, as well as different options for coffees, teas, and hot chocolate. Offerings were replenished regularly. -- Location is good for driving access to the Cincinnati riverfront area. We parked in the lot behind the hotel, from which there was key-controlled access to the hotel. A few additional things worth noting. -- The hotel is on the Ohio River, and its name includes the term "Riverfront." However, there wasn't easy walking access to the river, nor did we have a river view. -- Upon our first approach to the hotel, we found that it was adjacent to two liquor stores -- and what we thought was hotel parking was actually parking for one of the busy liquor stores.

The valet was understaffed and it impacted my ability to get in and out when needed. They have a great texting system for contacting (and tipping) valets ahead of time and were upfront about asking to give them at least 30 minutes notice. Well, I did that and it still wasn't enough time. One time I notified them well in advance and my car was there, but I ended up waiting at least another 10 minutes for the valet to come back from getting another car before I could get my key. This meant it was upwards of 45 minutes of me waiting. Not ideal. The other con was that the room I was assigned the first night had the loudest humming sound coming from the bathroom that kept me up all night long. It wasn't the white noise that you can usually drown out either. I ended up using a sound machine app on my phone and it still didn't help. I called down to get a new room, which they were happy to do, even upgraded me, but I found it odd when they said they are aware of the issue, there just doesn't seem to be anything they can do about it. As for the pros... The location is prime time baby! Right downtown near restaurants, bars, coffeeshops, and the stadium, etc. It was very easy to get to being right off the major interstates that run through Cincy. Their staff were incredibly friendly. I wandered down to the marketplace in the lobby late one night to get a bottle of water and they gave it to me for free. Much appreciated! My rooms (plural since I had to be moved) were extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Both had a nice view, too. As I mentioned before, I would stay here again. I visit Cincy roughly two times a year for work, so I have no doubt I'll be back.
