The big left toe had nail ripped off while he was using a tool to peel off my shellac. It peeled down to the right side bed of my toe. I indicated that it had a burning pain sensation, and he had no reaction. He just tried to cover it up with shellac. From the photos you can see that the nails were not cleaned up properly. Nor cut and filed properly. After applying the polish, he did not use the UV light to secure the shellac. The polish is already lifting. There is a young lady that works there that did a wonderful job on a French dip for my fingers. I would suggest requesting her to do both a pedicure and finger work.

Dianne was able to get my nails back to their former glory, as I need Acrylic overlay with gel on top bc I am rough with my hands at home and gardening. I was also pleasantly surprised that she was able to do a design I saved on my phone with no hesitation. I am a creative person and always enjoy watching another artist in her element ( : Dianne and her staff are quite lovely and I would highly recommend them!

Disorganized! More…read morethan twice, appointment times were messed up and/or not on their calendar at all! No discount or anything for the several times I drove over 30 mins for these appts. While trying to receive a facial, I can hear the laser from the other room beeping every two seconds for the length of the facial. When entering the office, there are about five women at the desk, but nobody is really doing anything. Very disorganized business.
