After my dermatologist prescribed special D-light therapy for my eczema and related skin…read moreannoyances, I started looking for an alternative to their very expensive, clinic-provided, tanning booth sessions.
Lo and behold, Bella Body and Sol, in the Fairhaven end of Bellingham Washington, has two of these same special tanning booths, which they promote as "D-Light Therapy" (as in "Vitamin D"). They also have very competitive (aka generous) pricing options for tanning sessions.
I've been coming here for almost 2 years, and love the results! I feel wonderful, my skin feels and looks much better, and my dermatologist and primary doc tell me: "Whatever you're doing, keep it up - your skin is much healthier, and we see no melanoma issues".
Living in the Pacific Northwest, I don't always get as much sunlight as I need or want. I used to look like I visited a "paling booth" until those special 2 weeks after July 5th, when the sun comes out (just kidding - it's at least 3 weeks). Bella's D-Light tanning booths not only help me feel good, but I end up with a great tan. The only side-effect from coming here is having to tell folks that, "No, I didn't just get back from Hawaii". Or else, making up a good travel-to-an-exotic-locale story...
Heather Gauf, spa owner, intradermal cosmetic technician, and all around wonder-woman, describes her business perfectly: "Bella Body & Sol is a unique combination D-Light Therapy Tanning Salon & Organic Spa". She and her team of talented estheticians, massage therapists, and front desk staff do an amazing job of helping all of their clients feel welcomed, pampered, and well cared-for, in an inviting and relaxing environment.
I strongly recommend Bella Body and Sol to anyone looking for ways to heal many of their dermal dilemmas. And you can also take advantage of their many other services to help you look and feel great!
Thank you, Heather, for making me feel awesome!
