I love going here with my friends. Service is ok depending on the day and how busy they are so sometimes a wait. The place gives a classy or casual upscale feel perfect for a nice meet up with the girls. Top two favorites are the Cherry koolaid & Twinkle-tini. The menu is endless so we love trying a new one each vist. Also have to get the pimento olives!
This place has been on my list for a long time, and it absolutely did not disappoint! The vibes were incredible, very classy and upscale. The bar looked amazing with all of the shiny martini glasses! Such a nice touch, and I also loved the lounge seating area. My friend and I sat on the couch, which was great! We did not try any food, although I was surprised to see they have this on their menu! I was also SHOCKED at the sheer number of martinis on their list!! It took several minutes of looking through to finally pare down the many options that were appealing to me, and settle on one! The cappuccino martini was amazing! Even my friend who didn't think she would like this enjoy the flavor. I am an espresso, martini, connoisseur, and I love that they call this cappuccino, as it is clearly a milky option, which I much prefer! The taste was absolutely delicious, And I could tell the flavor of the coffee was amazing. My friend got the pink starburst martini, which was also great, she loved it! My second drink was on their cocktail list, made with elder flour and crème de Violet-- two of my favorite liquors. This did not disappoint either! Such an amazing flavor, and great pairing of these ingredients. Our server misheard me in ordering this cocktail, and I was brought a whiskey martini with a similar name. I do not like whiskey, but it was no issue with her to quickly replace this at the bar for the drink that I meant to order. Overall, the service, vibes, and drinks here are well worth coming in! I hope to be back many times!!
Amazing martini selection, and great vibes overall, whether you're stopping by on a weeknight or on a weekend. Also a great selection of yummy stuffed olives Friendly staff
This place is so fun!!! They have so many martinis to choose from, they'll have at least one you'll like even if you aren't a martini person. I personally had the Lemon Raspberry and the Caramel Apple. I love a lemon drop martini so the Lemon Raspberry was definitely my favorite, but every single one I tried was super fun and delicious. The service was fast even though it was pretty busy, our waitress had good recommendations and was very sweet. The space is very big with plenty of seats, anything from a couch to a bar stool is available. It's very fun and a great date night or GNO spot! I am excited to go back! Oh and on Saturdays it's $8 tinis all day!!!!!
This was the perfect spot for our girls night out over the weekend. There is something for everyone in their menu. They have cocktails and an extensive list of martinis available. Their flavors are so fun and unique, which I love. They also have all of the classic, typical options if you aren't wanting to get crazy with your order. If you're going, take a look at their daily specials. They offer some really great deals. The Stuffed Olive gets busy (understandably) and they don't take reservations, so keep that in mind if you go!
A good spot to stop by after work or for a night out. The service isn't always the quickest but their drinks are tasty!
First time and I had heard great things. Well, the menu was amazing, atmosphere great, and very attractive people. Took over 10 minutes to order a martini...waiter was busy and could not serve us. Bar 101...the quicker you can get out the first drink better chances you will order the second. Waiter was not happy we had to ask multiple time for service., you can tell by how he talked with us. Ordered the chicken satay appetizer and safe to say the picture showed 4 chicken pieces per stick and we got three...we laughed and said chew slow to enjoy. The app was good! We will go back and hope this is a one off.
Excellent service and the best martini's. Service was fast and entertaining. They have a ton of different flavors Inside is very nice and super clean. Bartender is the coolest
Modern ambiance in the Capitol district downtown. The martini list is impressive and has a bit of everything whether you are looking for something classic, sweet or unique. Service was a bit inconsistent. We were initially told to move as we were apparently sitting in a closed section (that was not marked) and after sitting for over 10 minutes in a different area we had to order at the bar (even though staff was taking orders table side). After this initial hiccup our server was apologetic and attentive. The drinks were well executed and we enjoyed the olive sampler as well. It's a fun concept and nice place for a cocktail or two.
This is a cute little martini bar in the Capitol District. They have traditional martini styles, dessert styles, and some specialty martinis they offer, so there is something for just about everyone (if you're a martini fan). There is an outdoor patio into the "center" of the Capitol District, but the real wow factor is inside. It is just like a fancy martini bar in the movies, with black tufted leather booths, a mirrored and extremely white/lit up bar, and some classy martini art around on the walls. If you're going to visit the Stuffed Olive, I think enjoying the interior is the way to go vs. the patio that is the same for all Capitol District bars (that open out into the courtyard). My favorite was the Bloody Mary (on the Specialty menu), the Almost Better Than Sex and the Tiramisu (both on the Dessert menu). The Blood Mary tastes just like a Bloody Mary (but a lot fancier) and the Almost Better Than Sex was super sweet and delicious with chocolate, amaretto, and Irish creme, definitely living up to the Dessert name. If you're a fan of tiramisu, the dessert, GET the tiramisu martini - it tastes the exact same. Now aside from martinis, they also offer a small appetizer menu, including a lot of different kinds of stuffed olives. You can get them as a skewer of different olives, or get the Sampler Platter which is two of each of the ten different options (this is what I did). These were the stuffed olives I had (and in the order of which I enjoyed them): -Pimento: I am a huge pimento fan so this was a treat for me. -Pepperjack: I love pepper jack cheese, so this one was great, with a little bit of heat that played off the oily olive flavor. -Cream Cheese: I loved the creaminess of this one, making it a lot more easy to eat a lot of these. -Prosciutto and Provolone: This one was delicious and a lot more filling (with the meaty part). -Mozzarella: Same as the Cream Cheese in the ease of eating, but you have to be a mozzarella lover. -Parmesan: This is the same as the mozzarella where it's easy to eat but you have to be ok with the pungency of parmesan. -Feta: I love feta in Greek food but it was kind of lost to the olive flavor in this mix. -Garlic: I'm a garlic fan (my husband can't stand how much I love garlic in the dishes we make at home), but this was too much garlic even for me. -Jalapeño: This wasn't bad per se, but I'm not someone for whom jalapeño is a flavor to assign to something and not hide in a salsa etc. They also have some heavier things on the appetizer menu like flatbreads, crab rangoon, charcuterie, dips, etc - but if you're going to The Stuffed Olive, you should definitely try the olives at least. So if you're in the mood for a good martini, some fancy olives, or a fun spot for a night out with friends, The Stuffed Olive might be up your alley!
Always a fun time here! We had to come and visit after a concert. This place is within walking distance from the CHI center, so it's perfect for afters. It does get very busy, but the bartenders handle it well. We ordered several rounds of martinis and we loved them all. Of course, like any martini, they are strong but they're spot on to what they're named on the menu. They're like dessert in a glass!
We visited the Stuffed Olive for a second time last night. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of people there on a Wednesday. That being said, service was quite slow. We waited about 10 minutes for our server to greet us at our table despite there being three people behind the bar talking. The variety of martinis can't be beat. I tried one of the Valentine's Day special martinis that was raspberry and chocolate flavored, and it tasted like a dessert! We also ordered the order of four crab rangoons. This is the third appetizer we have tried here, and I have concluded that the portion sizes are laughably small. Each "rangoon" was basically 1/4th of what a regular rangoon would be. They were good, but boy were they tiny!
I definitely feel a little conflicted writing this review. It's been on my list since before it opened but I don't find myself downtown a ton. I think it's safe to say it's not what I expected. I was picturing an upscale martini bar with all the drinks and chandelier flare. What I got felt cheap and like a novelty. It was very much quantity over quality. I think my biggest disappointment was the ingredients on the menu. I noticed right away that the vodkas of choice were like Deep Eddys, Dr McGillicuddy and very schnapps heavy. There were no fresh creative garnishes, homemade simple syrups... just an abundance of cocktails with premade mixes. This is no Maven Social with clear ice details and carefully curated elegance. With that being said, now that I understand the vibe and what it really is like, it is a fun lounge. Just not a quality balanced cocktail bar and that's okay. I ordered a Berry Martini that tasted like nostalgic koolaid and it was good. Again not balanced but also good for what is was, vodka, schnapps, and cranberry juice. I think it's worth checking out and trying the menu. For this I wish they offered flights. And maybe you'll be like the guy next to me who was dragging his finger through the caramel of his empty glass and licking it off his finger
For pre-show relaxation, you can't beat The Stuffed Olive! A vibrant, friendly atmosphere that welcomes a wonderful cross-section of the metro population. A variety of seating options from the bar (where you can enjoy watching the multiple bartenders create the many martini choices) to a cozy table for 4 or comfy sectional couch. Pick from a long list of specialty drinks and, of course, stuffed olive choices . Spend some time with friends or a special date night. In short, make a visit read more

My new fav place. Over 100 delicious & unique martinis - and food! The waiter was helpful and offered great suggestions. The sliders were devoured immediately & the crab rangoon flatbread was also good. My favorite martini was the girl scout cookie. The Stuffed Olive is a great place for a date night, with a classy but relaxed ambiance. read more
Finally got a chance to check this place out. The atmosphere is so classy without feeling like I didn't belong there. The amount of martinis to choose from is so overwhelming but exciting. Of the three I tried, the stroopwaffel was my favorite!!! Their tapas included charcuterie boards, sliders, and much more. Can't wait to go back. read more

So this new place popped up and said they had 100+ martinis i HAD to come ASAP. Not only did the menu make the decision hard but after trying your first sip all you could think about was how good the other ones you demoted to runner up also had to be. The staff is super personable and fun as they help you find what you want and deliver it with exceptional service. Highly recommend as I will be working my way thru all 110 martinis. read more
appetizers were good, place had just opened yesterday and the server did not know about any of the drink menu selections. No wifi connection in the building for customers and currently no happy hour or specials. Ambiance was beautiful and the location was easy to find. read more

We met two other couples here for drinks before heading to dinner. It was a busy night in downtown Omaha and they were struggling because of it. And honestly some things did not go right. Service was slow, they made my drink completely wrong even though it was a menu item and worst of all we got water in very dirty glasses. But through it all they had a manager that made herself present to every single table. Letting them know where things stood and thanking everyone for their patience. She was apologetic, and let us know what steps were being taken to correct particular issues. Additionally, our server, Lyric, was sweet, and attentive despite being slammed and dealing with all the things I mentioned. She never got flustered and also always made us feel like she understood this wasn't the way it was supposed to be but that she was handling it for us. They must have new bartenders, or weren't staffed enough but the staff is well coached and have a manager that seems to be helping them be excellent. It was an awesome night to be on the patio but inside is a vibe! I will definitely be back. read more

The food was amazing. They are known for the cocktails also, amazing service. My first time experience was a 9 out 10. Only reason being more people should know about this beautiful restaurant. The location is great as well the inside is definitely date night or a hang out spot for those who wants to relax have a bite to eat and have some amazing cocktails. Staff was funny and amazing. Food:8.5/10 Service:10/10 drinks:10/10 overall experience:9/10. 100 percent would recommend and I will be coming again. read more
I'm stoked that Omaha has a bar dedicated to martinis (over 100 on the menu!) Service was friendly and quick! I ordered the Love Potion which featured the perfect blend of chocolate and raspberry flavors. The space was very clean, had interesting chandeliers, and decorations. My only complaint was the lighting in this bar was much too bright for a cocktail bar. If I'm going out for a fancy cocktail, I prefer a darker more intimate atmosphere. read more

I went to The Stuffed Olive for the first time last night along with a group of my coworkers. We had a great time! The bar itself is laid out really beautifully, and we got a large couch arranged in a three-sided square that allowed our whole group to be able to talk easily. The drink menu is extensive and could be overwhelming, but our waitress was incredibly helpful letting us know the most popular drinks, asking our flavor preferences and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our selections! I got the Pink Starburst martini and it was absolutely delightful! The flavor was great, but be warned, you can still tell that they are strong. Our group also tried green tea shots, and they were perfectly made. I got the Red Pepper Hummus with pita points as well. It was delicious but I did end up needing to order more pita which had an up charge - not an issue but good to know for the future! I am already making plans to go back, and you should absolutely check out this Capital District gem! read more
This place is beautiful, chic and trendy. It has the perfect ambience for a night out with friends or date night. The food here is also pretty good! We got a few apps that tasted nice and were appropriate proportions. It's not fine dining by any means but nice apps to enjoy with your drinks. We loved all the cocktails/Martinis we ordered. The variety of their martinis is quite expansive and everyone will surely find something to please their palate. My biggest concern is that they are quite understaffed. My friends and I went out for apps and drinks and it took about 30 minutes to get our drinks and over 1.5hours to get our food - some of which was just sweet potatoes fries and a charcuterie board. We certainly understand long wait times on a busy Friday night and our waitress did caution us that food would take approximately 45 minutes which we were okay with but at the end of the day the the wait was just a bit too long. Our waitress was very friendly and was working so hard. I think the place has amazing potential once properly staffed. I still would recommend giving it a visit as the drinks and ambience are fantastic, I would just make sure you have plenty of time or maybe plan for food elsewhere! read more
Ok ok ok, I definitely was a slight hater on The Stuffed Olive in Des Moines, but this is a lesson to give establishments more than one try. The experience at the Omaha location outweighed Des Moines tenfold. I still cannot attest to how good the food is and still think advertising this restaurant as tapas is...off, BUT the martini's were SO GOOD that I drank too many and hurt SO BAD the next morning. Our server Donavon was the highlight of the evening, and could not have matched our energy any better. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a killer experience. I've never had stuffed olives before coming here but considering they hand stuff them in store, we ordered a flight and were not disappointed. We had quite a bit of fun discussing the flavors and which were our favorite olives. Seating is open so if it's busy expect to hover until something opens up. Great addition to Omaha, will return soon! read more

Finally made it to The Stuffed Olive and it is exactly what I expected! Great location and plenty of surrounding parking garages within walking distance. Loved the atmosphere and its decor. There are over 100 Martinis to choose from and the spinach artichoke dip with pita was tasty! Our server was great she also suggested the olive sampler. Yummy! Overall this is a Perfect spot for all occasions. I hope this martini bar is here to stay! read more

Drinks 10/10 Food 8/10 Atmosphere 8/10 Service 1/10 Just wanted to hop on and write about my experience tonight at the stuffed olive. Our server was Sarah and she was not a good server nor pleasant at all. When we first walked in all we heard was her walk by where we had just sat and say "F**k". Needless to say we did not get waters or our order taken for 20 minutes, note that 2 other tables who got there AFTER us had already gotten orders taken and drinks out. After we finally got our drink order in, the drinks sat at the bar for 15 minutes all finished until she finally brought them over to us. When we asked how much longer on our charcuterie board (after 30 minutes) she rudely said "they take a while" and would not even acknowledge us as actual humans. Once we finally got our food it was missing a main dip of the plate that we never even got to try. We ended up asking to talk to a manager- Dane and he was very nice. Overall I would give our experience a 5/10 we loved the drinks and wanted to order another round but our server was just awful and rude. Coming from a server myself I felt it is always important to provide the best experience possible for your guests. Note: she treated other tables with respect and check on them. We did not get check on once. It took 30 minutes for us to even get a glass of water. Would not recommend her to anyone read more

The Stuffed Olive is a must visit if you are in Omaha. The service was fantastic. Our waiter would check up on us constantly but not too much where it would be bothersome. Recommendations were very useful considering they have a VERY EXTENSIVE martini catalog. Drinks are reasonably priced and the flavors are pretty much what they say they are. Ambiance is high end but at an affordable price! If you compare prices to your local dive bar you will be dissatisfied. read more
