I'm stoked that Omaha has a bar dedicated to martinis (over 100 on the menu!) Service was friendly and quick! I ordered the Love Potion which featured the perfect blend of chocolate and raspberry flavors. The space was very clean, had interesting chandeliers, and decorations. My only complaint was the lighting in this bar was much too bright for a cocktail bar. If I'm going out for a fancy cocktail, I prefer a darker more intimate atmosphere. read more

I went to The Stuffed Olive for the first time last night along with a group of my coworkers. We had a great time! The bar itself is laid out really beautifully, and we got a large couch arranged in a three-sided square that allowed our whole group to be able to talk easily. The drink menu is extensive and could be overwhelming, but our waitress was incredibly helpful letting us know the most popular drinks, asking our flavor preferences and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our selections! I got the Pink Starburst martini and it was absolutely delightful! The flavor was great, but be warned, you can still tell that they are strong. Our group also tried green tea shots, and they were perfectly made. I got the Red Pepper Hummus with pita points as well. It was delicious but I did end up needing to order more pita which had an up charge - not an issue but good to know for the future! I am already making plans to go back, and you should absolutely check out this Capital District gem! read more

This place is beautiful, chic and trendy. It has the perfect ambience for a night out with friends or date night. The food here is also pretty good! We got a few apps that tasted nice and were appropriate proportions. It's not fine dining by any means but nice apps to enjoy with your drinks. We loved all the cocktails/Martinis we ordered. The variety of their martinis is quite expansive and everyone will surely find something to please their palate. My biggest concern is that they are quite understaffed. My friends and I went out for apps and drinks and it took about 30 minutes to get our drinks and over 1.5hours to get our food - some of which was just sweet potatoes fries and a charcuterie board. We certainly understand long wait times on a busy Friday night and our waitress did caution us that food would take approximately 45 minutes which we were okay with but at the end of the day the the wait was just a bit too long. Our waitress was very friendly and was working so hard. I think the place has amazing potential once properly staffed. I still would recommend giving it a visit as the drinks and ambience are fantastic, I would just make sure you have plenty of time or maybe plan for food elsewhere! read more

Ok ok ok, I definitely was a slight hater on The Stuffed Olive in Des Moines, but this is a lesson to give establishments more than one try. The experience at the Omaha location outweighed Des Moines tenfold. I still cannot attest to how good the food is and still think advertising this restaurant as tapas is...off, BUT the martini's were SO GOOD that I drank too many and hurt SO BAD the next morning. Our server Donavon was the highlight of the evening, and could not have matched our energy any better. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a killer experience. I've never had stuffed olives before coming here but considering they hand stuff them in store, we ordered a flight and were not disappointed. We had quite a bit of fun discussing the flavors and which were our favorite olives. Seating is open so if it's busy expect to hover until something opens up. Great addition to Omaha, will return soon! read more

Finally made it to The Stuffed Olive and it is exactly what I expected! Great location and plenty of surrounding parking garages within walking distance. Loved the atmosphere and its decor. There are over 100 Martinis to choose from and the spinach artichoke dip with pita was tasty! Our server was great she also suggested the olive sampler. Yummy! Overall this is a Perfect spot for all occasions. I hope this martini bar is here to stay! read more

Our server was Sarah and she was not a good server nor pleasant at all. When we first walked in all we heard was her walk by where we had just sat and say "F**k". Needless to say we did not get waters or our order taken for 20 minutes, note that 2 other tables who got there AFTER us had already gotten orders taken and drinks out. After we finally got our drink order in, the drinks sat at the bar for 15 minutes all finished until she finally brought them over to us. When we asked how much longer on our charcuterie board (after 30 minutes) she rudely said "they take a while" and would not even acknowledge us as actual humans. Once we finally got our food it was missing a main dip of the plate that we never even got to try. We ended up asking to talk to a manager- Dane and he was very nice. Overall I would give our experience a 5/10 we loved the drinks and wanted to order another round but our server was just awful and rude. Coming from a server myself I felt it is always important to provide the best experience possible for your guests. Note: she treated other tables with respect and check on them. We did not get check on once. It took 30 minutes for us to even get a glass of water. Would not recommend her to anyone read more

The Stuffed Olive is a must visit if you are in Omaha. The service was fantastic. Our waiter would check up on us constantly but not too much where it would be bothersome. Recommendations were very useful considering they have a VERY EXTENSIVE martini catalog. Drinks are reasonably priced and the flavors are pretty much what they say they are. Ambiance is high end but at an affordable price! If you compare prices to your local dive bar you will be dissatisfied. read more

I've never been more perplexed by the design and styling choices of a bar. The martinis don't come in a chilled glass and the glass is so cheap looking. None of it makes sense.
