Patty melt and fries

We really enjoy the Stillery for its menu. They have a ton of options ranging from burgers to pizza to all types of bar food. This location in Chandler is huge with both inside and outside seating for a very comfortable experience. They also feature live music with local And some traveling artists. You won't find anyone famous here but solid musicians none the less. The only knock is we have found the service to be consistently slow. Just a little off as if the servers have too Many tables. We do still recommend though - an all around solid spot.

Too much sauce

Tried a few items here during the Patriots playoff game. The fried pickles were not that impressive with very thin breading and what seemed like dollar store Dill pickles. The BBQ chicken pizza was not made by a real chef. There is a woman wearing street clothes making ths pizzas and it shows. She doused the bbq chicken pizza with a whole bottle of sauce and forgot to put bacon on the pie. Mimosas also jumped up in price and the singer was really miserable doing Taylor Swift songs...really?

We came in for Sunday Brunch right when it opened. I quickly made changes and asked to be at two tables instead of one and requested a high chair. They accommodated every request I had. The music and the Nashville vibe was as amazing as well. My children weren't exactly being the best and were sitting at a separate table. I asked the server, Tori, to let me know if they ordered anything that wasn't healthy, which she did. This was above and beyond what a typical server would do. The brunch was very good and will be my preferred Sunday brunch place instead of the traditional brunch locations. The Bloody Mary's were great and the coffee was also good. All else being equal, even if the food and ambiance was ok, this would be 5 starts just because of the service we got from Tori.

Would give this place 0 stars if it wasn't for our amazing waiter/server. The first hour of our time here was amazing. Great music, vibes, service and solid drinks. This was until the clock struck 10 and the bar's security sent their youngest, barely legal, and proud first mustache grower around to check/verify IDs. Spoiler alert, He has no idea what he's doing. Beware of this place as their security guards have no idea how to Identify real IDs from fake ones, approach you with zero words but only hand gestures, snatch your REAL license, ask about 5-6 other people (staff and patrons) for their opinions on the validity of said ID and attempt to kick you out and hold it hostage until you threaten to call the police because...they are now committing theft of a real ID. In addition to all of that, The head of security eventually arrived to return my ID but avoided accepting responsibility and providing no apologies. In fact they implied that it was somehow our fault that his employee was unable to do the only literal thing he's being paid to do. Such a bummer as our group was having quite a nice time just sitting, eating and enjoying our drinks and the live music. Will not be returning :)

Came here on a whim Sunday night to watch a football game. I'm not sure why this place only has three stars. In my opinion this is a solid bar. There was some country dancing going on with an excellent live band. It was just a fun environment to be in and people watch. Got the Sonoran burger, jalapeno rangoons, and Nashville hot wings. Holy cow, the burger was delicious and loved the classic crinkle cut fries. The Nashville hot wings were an amazing flavor, very unique and I'm already craving more. The jalapeno rations were unique also, loved the southwest take on it. Overall solid place and should be in your rotation of bars to visit.

Great stop in anthem! Enjoyed love music by a singer over lunch. Volume was not overwhelming so nice for still enjoying conversation. I ordered a wedge salad with calamari and a side tortilla and loved it. Grapefruit juice was tart and delish. Service was great, layout wide and open.

Loud over priced and very very very slow. I won't be back. 30 minutes before getting my drink order. Acoustic band way too loud.

Ask the Community - The Stillery

Do they have regular tables or booths or are all the tables bar-height?

They have regular tables and bad-height tables.

Are kids allowed until a certain time? (I know they start checking IDs at a certain time on Saturdays)?

The restaurant turns 21+ starting at 10pm on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Kid's menus and high chairs are both available upon request.

I see there is a processing fee for using a credit card, 1) is that still in place 2) why charge that, never heard of a bar or restaurant doing that?

Yes! They are still doing it. I am not sure why. It is something new and different I don't like it but I like that atmosphere.

Do they have space for dancing?

Yes

We headed to Carlos O'Brien's for a family dinner with my sister, brother-in-law, dad, husband, and…read moreme, and WOW! What an outstanding experience from start to finish! First off, we arrived around 6:00 PM on a Saturday, fully expecting a wait, but we were seated right away! That's always a great way to kick off a dinner out. The ambiance was fantastic, with a lively, welcoming atmosphere that made it the perfect spot for a family get-together. Now, let's talk about the FOOD! I ordered the Pollo Fundido with carnitas instead of chicken, and let me tell you, this was an absolute WIN! The carnitas were delicious, and the whole dish was fantastic. If you're a carnitas lover, this is definitely a combination worth trying! My dad ordered the Grande Burro, enchilada-style with green sauce, and absolutely loved it. And when they say GRANDE, they mean GRANDE! This thing is no joke! My brother-in-law ordered the same burrito but went with the red sauce, so we had both options represented at the table. My sister went with the classic Pollo Fundido with chicken, and everyone was thrilled with their choices. And, of course, the chips and salsa were ON POINT! Fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the meal. Honestly, you know you're off to a good start when the chips and salsa are already making an impression before the entrees even hit the table! What really made the experience stand out was how everything came together. The food was epic, the service was superb, and the atmosphere was outstanding. It was lively without taking away from enjoying dinner together, and the entire experience made for a fantastic family night out. Final verdict: Carlos O'Brien's absolutely knocked it out of the park! Great food, generous portions, excellent service, and an ambiance that makes you want to settle in and enjoy yourself. Whether you're craving a loaded burrito, delicious fundido, or just a great Mexican meal with family and friends, this place deserves a visit. Five stars all the way! We left happy, full, and already talking about what we're ordering next time. Carlos O'Brien's, we'll definitely be back!

Chips were thick instead of thin, my only complaint. Who cares though, the plates were huge! I had veggie fajitas and added steak. Perfect! He had carne esada and enjoyed it. Served whole. I also enjoyed the raspberry fruit margarita, frozen with sugar rum. I don't usually like tequila drinks, but that was so yummy I spilled it. Staff was friendly and super attentive. Thank you! We will come back again!
