Extremely loud, bad cover music. Uncomfortable seating. Orders were wrong multiple times. Everything is overpriced - a bowl of romaine with tomatoes, chicken, and dressing is NOT $19, and no interview in Restauranteur Weekly about price hikes on supplies will convince me otherwise. (The salad was made wrong by the way, I just didn't feel like trying to remedy the situation at this point). We got their wings without realizing they were $19. It came out with about 8 wings. Not worth it at all. Their "baked cheese" was $15 and was basically just a couple spoonfuls of ricotta cheese with some marinara served with old bread that had green stuff on it they claimed was pesto. The only thing that made our night bearable was our server. She was working her butt off and was extremely sweet. Even while dealing with the big table behind us who were just letting their kids run around everywhere. Won't be back. Recommend enjoying your night elsewhere. First attempt to try this place was a bust, walked in and it was pretty empty, was told there were 12 parties in front of us. When I asked why all the tables were empty, their response was "those are reserved for the owners" ya no thanks. We are out. 2nd time we stoped by, got a seat at the bar but then had to deal with people ordering drinks behind us or trying to squeeze in to order. Talk about super annoying. About 2 hrs in they finally moved some chairs and made a designated area for people to order drinks. We ordered 2 mason jar drinks, too sugary, couldn't taste the booze so we moved to beer. The local beer from Huss was good. There ya go, You can have a star for that. Ordered some food, wings were awesome, there is a star for that. We also got the Baked cheese, that "deserved" a star, it was good but not a lot of bread came with it so we thought most of it was going to go to waste. As the bar tender was cleaning up the area he asked " would you guys want more bread for the cheese, they never give enough". We thought that was nice of him. Until we got our tab. They charged us $2.00 for extra Bread. (Star can go away) Kind of a joke. And then our tab had a processing fee??? NOT joking either. When we asked wheat the fee was for, 2 different bar tenders couldn't give us as answer. The people next to us asked for a refund and paid for cash. We unfortunately didn't have that much cash on us and they didn't have an ATM. Honestly the owners of this place should probably just go back to Nashville where they belong. This was an over all utter disappointment. Bar tenders and servers will lose out on a lot of tips cause people don't want to see a processing fee. First time I've ever seen this type of fee at a so called established bar or restaurant. Might be back who knows but I'll never forget cash. Seems like a really cool place to hang out and they have a professional karaoke stage actors. Big place too. The food was so so. I had the Hanger steak sandwich. Tasted good but the steak was tough and chewy. The fries were thin and soggy with oil. And, they charge you $4 per check for using a credit card. Cash is $4 less. Bring cash. This is one of the best places to go on a date the food it's extremely delicious. The have ton a space with inside outside seating and tons a bar seating. Pleasantly surprised by the wonderful atmosphere of this place. While the music is slightly loud, it wasn't so much that it keeps you from having a good time. We came in just for a few drinks and an appetizer. The blueberry smash which was Western Son's blueberry vodka, smashed blueberries, simply syrup, lime, and soda was refreshing and delicious! I next tried the hunch punch, which was fruit punch moonshine, house sour, and lemon lime soda. There was something so extremely nostalgic about the flavor of this drink I can't put my finger on, but it was amazing! The fried pickle appetizer uses big, thin slices of pickles for a nice and crispy finish. Will definitely return for the full experience and maybe some live music! Service was fantastic for its second day opening! SO happy so have another great addition to Norterra, we reeeeaaally needed it! RETURN: We came back for dinner and it was delicious! Their crispy ale on tap is exactly what you would expect - light, crisp, and very refreshing for the hot summer months. We split the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and the Sonoran burger. I thought the Sonoran burger was incredible, cooked perfectly, no gristle, and you can't go wrong with green chiles. The Nashville hot was a little over fried and the heat just wasn't there for me. Apparently there is an option to do their hot sauce instead of the Nashville hot which is more cooked in the breading so it's more dry. I would try it that way next. The mac and cheese on the side was tasty, albeit needed some salt and pepper. French fries are the thin crispy ones which I like. Great service again, from a brunette woman who claimed to have not even been in the orientation for staff. My wife and I had dinner last Wednesday at the Stillery. It's close to home and I'm hoping this will be a regular spot for us. My wife always loves the vibe in this place. Maybe it's the music or the ambiance, but this place makes my wife happy. This is our second time here and we ordered different items to get a better perspective of the menu. My wife ordered the Brussel Sprouts, Wedge salad and the fries. I had the Steak and Schroom Pizza. My wife loved the Brussel Sprouts which were seasoned and charred perfectly. The wedge was served cold and the greens were very fresh. My pizza was probably one of the best pizzas I've had. The steak was tender and there were plenty of portabella mushrooms. The white sauce had blue cheese which added a nice flavor. My only complaint, was the fries. They were not hot and a bit soggy. Other than that, the food was great. We even finished the meal with a piece of Pecan pie. Our server was Mitch and he did a great job taking care of us and handling our multiple requests for sauces, drinks, etc. Lastly, my wife ordered a Margarita/Sidecar. It has premium Tequilla, Grand Marnier and lemon juice. The bartender did a fantastic job mixing this up. Overall, the evening was great due to the food, music and service. We'll be coming back soon. The ambience is cool, and the service was great, but just dreadful food. Lived in Nashville for a few years so was excited to try some "Nashville Hot" wings, and they were inedible. Nowhere near the flavor of Nashville, just spicy dirt flavor. The salmon was "blackened" but had a sweet glaze, horrible execution with the mix on this.
