The Caribou Club opened its doors in 1990 as Aspen's first members-only club, offering fine dining, an impressive wine list, bar and nightclub. The cuisine is elegant, sophisticated yet approachable. The staff was impressive with a great and friendly sommelier who made you feel at home with old friends! They have a great focus and attention to details to ensure a classy and feutre experience. The food was absolutely fantastic with one of the best rack of lamb I ever had. Their heavy load garlic cheese bread is a local fav! The line to get in was long and you need to be invited by a member. Then magically the tables are removed and the place transformed into a magical night club where old friends can rock the casbah with a beautiful cowboy/cowgirl crowd! What a cool place! I had the best time at the Caribou! We will be back!!!

Didn't say "sorry let my friends go by" or anything, but rather literally IGNORED us and let them in. So rude, demeaning, and disrespectful to the people ready to pay to come inside. This doorman needs to be fired and reminded the people who keep this venue open are the ones who make $$ and not the ones who stroll by and it happens to be their bday with a low hanging top. Never coming here again and don't recommend you do.

The Flower Shop is a genuinely exciting addition -- it captures the authentic ski-town energy that long-time locals have been missing, and does so without sacrificing quality or accessibility. Great food at reasonable prices is increasingly rare around here, and they deliver on both. A particular highlight of our visit was Jason, our bartender. He's exactly the kind of professional that elevates a dining experience -- attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and with a great sense of humor. He made the evening feel effortless and memorable, which is a real skill. The Flower Shop has everything it takes to become a true local staple. I'll be recommending it without hesitation.

Like many Aspen nightlife destinations, however, the experience improves considerably after a drink or two elsewhere first.
