I assure you, I am in therapy, but with the added layer of my meeting with Kate, again, I just feel so grateful and so much lighter. I am doing everything I can to try and stay connected to them. I needed healing from this session, and that's exactly what I got. For over a year, I've tried everything: doctors, over-the-counter meds, natural remedies. You name it, I've tried it.
