Not a good place. Very low vibrational. The folks that work here put a lot of energy on customers. If you are sensitive, you will not feel good when you leave. Seems to only carry crystals and jewelry and provide readings and healing... not a good resource other metaphysical tools. read more

I had my 5th visit with Claudia at the Psychic Fair today and Wowza. She leaves me amazed every time. I kept exclaiming "Oh my god, are you kidding me?!!!" because she was so on point. A few months back My sister hooked me up with a celebrity psychic reader (she's done readings for Margot Robbie) and Claudia said a lot of the same things, which confirms to me that just because you are a "celebrity reader" doesn't mean you're better or more attuned than others. I will never set foot in this place again! I called in Thursday to reserve a space for the Tea & Tarot with Toni for Saturday at 2pm. I was told by the young man that the group would be limited to 8 people. Upon arrival I was told my name & number were not written down and the list was at 12. I was not happy that my info was absent and that the list had gone to 12 making the event longer even if I had stayed. I told the gal working that I would simply make a private appointment and asked her to give Toni my info and I left. I called today, Sunday and had asked if my info was given to Toni. The guy on the phone said tersely, " I heard about you." Well, he was only given some of the conversation and didn't even apologize for my info not being taken in the first place. I am assuming he is either the owner or manager, maybe both. In either case he was rude and could care less that I was inconvenienced by his staff not logging my info and the 'business' decision to expand the group from 8 to 12. My entire day was planned around this event & I had very much been looking forward to meeting Toni and having the session. Since your staff member did not put down my info, that is wrong! Changing the group from a 8 to 12 is not what I was told. Instead of being rude, how about a little thoughtfulness for ruining my day. I used to come here often for various things, but there has been some kind of energetic shift that feels kind of icky. I think they are mostly focused on events, because the store itself has very limited stock, and it feels like a hot, stuffy environment. Not good in summer! Also, the overall attitude of the staff feels cold and not really interested in being of help. The only exception being a young woman named Sarah, who is warm and friendly. Have visited this store a few times, a couple of times, encountered such a rude employee. Not only to me but to the customers in front who were purchasing items. The sarcasm and rude demeanor of this employee was ugly and gross! Hopefully the owner will see this post and train this employee on professional customer service with integrity. Or lose customers. They have small signs placed around the store that says "Shop with Integrity" yet, this employee's demeanor and lack of respect towards their customers is repulsive and lacks integrity and self-respect. Has a nice collection of crystals. I went to their psychic fair event yesterday and bought a few crystals, palo santo, and incense as well as a $22 reading. Bill came to just over $60. The sales associate then asked what percent tip I wanted to leave & I said 20%....she flipped the iPad over for me to sign & I realized she was trying to tip me on the $60 bills. That's pretty bad. Owner should have educated their employees that tips don't go on products. My friend who owns a salon once stopped me from giving her a tip on a hair appointment that also had hair products in the bill. She explained many people don't know & so just try to tip on products but that is unethical & store owners should not be shady like that if they care about their customers & to beware of businesses to operate by suggesting customers Tip on product sales. Good collection of crystals and books just be careful when paying your bill & check twice to make sure it's logged in correctly. read more

The readers are great. Unfortunately, the psychic fairs are a bit of a mess with scheduling and not as well attended as previous years. Mostly because the staff are not well trained. We all have lives and places we'd like to be in a Saturday. Waiting almost an hour to be seen on an empty day is frustrating. However, it's been like this for a while sadly. I did not go there as customer. Rather, I answered an ad for a cleaner/helper sort of job. I spoke with Gabriel and made arrangements to start on Saturday. When I arrived 20 minutes early to get the lay of the land, Gabriel came out right away, we talked about the floors needing to be done before opening at 11, (this is 8:45 am). He showed me the parking lot and what he'd like done, and then I asked for some clarification about what was needed TODAY. The day we agreed on for weekly service was Tuesday, but he need the floors done right away. On the phone he said they needed the floors and a few other things done Saturday, then I would also just come on Tuesday. I was trying to figure out their priorities, but when I asked the first question, I was met with hostility and he accused me of calling him a liar. He also said he had 10 people who wanted the job, but when we spoke on the phone, he indicated that they did not and the floors needed to be done "right away". Again, I asked for clarification, and he actually complained that I had "been here 5 minutes and haven't even started yet!" EVERY JOB needs to be clarified so that I do the job right. Apparently if you ask this man a question, he says, and I quote; "wow, you're asking me this ? So you don't even know what to do? This doesn't look very good" When I asked what was wrong, and TRIED to ask another question, he told me I had "horrible energy" and walked away, and told me to leave. I guess since it's a metaphysical kind of place I was supposed to read his mind... I can't imagine going there for a reading, or a massage or anything else if this is the guy who meets you at the door. As my first impression went, his sweatpants, and T-shirt were not very professional, especially since the T-shirt was so short and his fat, hairy belly was sticking out for all to see...(yes there were clients already there he told me), so not professional. I was there less than 5 minutes and his manners were atrocious, one of the worst experiences in my 25 years of cleaning...don't apply here for any job! read more

I walked past the place many times and it always drew my attention. Today i went in a d asked if there was a reading. Dennis was there... and it was ... in a way life changing... what he shared with me from the cards and the energies was amazing. Most of it was stuff i had in my head but i needed someone to say it out loud. He has given me a boost of energies that i am going to follow up on.
