The exterior is clean and simple. When you walk in, it's clean, simple, and a bit Chip and Joanna-esque, which I love. I was quickly greeted and told I could sit anywhere. I was given a menu and their drink menu. After being off coffee for a week, I saw that they make their own coffee syrups, so I got an iced decaf almond milk latte with their salted caramel syrup. While I waited, I looked over the menu. I really wanted to try the french toast or the waffle, but opted for the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant and cup of their cheese grits. The latte came out quickly and tasted exquisite. Sometimes you get decaf and it tastes watery, but not this latte. My friend ordered a salad with grilled chicken on top. Everythign came out quickly. The first thing I noticed were the cheese grits. They were delicious. Rich, creamy, and flavorful. Get them. The bacon egg and cheese on a croissant was also really good. They sell coffee at their shop to bring home.

Fresh, flavorful, and our go-to every trip to St. Augustine…read more I've been visiting St. Augustine for the past eight years (my now-husband grew up here), and it's been amazing to see the town evolve--not just with elevated dining but healthier casual spots too. Crave has been one of our long-time favorites since the food truck days, and we were thrilled to discover their second location off US-1. The food is always fresh, packed with flavor, and reasonably priced. We stop here every time we visit--usually more than once--and always grab it to-go for our drive back to Atlanta. Obsessed, can you blame us? They just do not have the systems in place to keep up with the demand. I waited almost an hour for a to go order only to be told they had sold out of almost everything we ordered. They did offer me something else but they did not have anything that we wanted. I wish them the best but I would avoid them on the weekends (especially on Sunday). Great food, super friendly but I think they either need a manager with experience or someone to install the systems and procedures they need to keep up. I'm rooting for them and will certainly update if they put it all together

I was their only customer, and it was lunch time. I probably should have left but took a chance. The lady working was very nice, and made my food quickly. I got what I ordered, but the turkey was literally deli meat and not the quality kind. The wrap was bland, cold, and the whole thing looked pretty sad. The special on the sign said TNT special, which is a turkey wrap. I was quoted 12.95 even though the menu said 9.95. I took the chance, ordered it with a bag of chips and an unsweetened tea. I tipped as well. I was hoping to see what were in the photos posted, which was a warm friendly place with good food. Unfortunately that wasn't my experience. I could excuse the atmosphere if my food was great, but my meal wasn't worth but maybe $5, and certainly not the $12.95 I paid. That being said, the lady who took my order and made my food was very friendly.
